I had a brown vaginal discharge all day yesterday, complete with cramping and pain.  It was Sunday and of course I could not call the doctor.  Nick put me in bed and ordered me to stay there, so my first wedding anniversary was spent in bed, bored to tears and worried sick.

Fortunately we had gotten all of our "partying" out of the way the night before..... we had a rather extravagant dinner at Shogun and then went shopping at the mall..... then off to the movie theatre where we saw "Stardust".  It was pretty funny, kind of like "The Princess Bride" (if anyone else is as old as me and remembers that one......)!!

As you might have guessed, we were happily intimate that night..... and so when I did reach the nurse this morning, she said that may have been the cause of my discharge.

But, with doctor's orders I'm taking the day off to stay in bed..... some more...... *sigh*

The doctor's visit went just fine this morning.... it was very short and sweet.  The babies were dogpiled up on top of one another on my right side, and it was a challenge for Dr. Smith to find #2's heartbeat...... but both were located, and they were normal and healthy.  Awwwwww!!!  <3  Nick came with me.  I had to wake him up in the middle of his sleep shift and then go dump him back in bed at home when it was over.  He looked rough... his eyes were all bloodshot and his hair looked dirty.  I tried to get him to use some eye drops so the whole world wouldn't mistake him for a stoner.  Haha.  But he wouldn't use them.  Oh well, at least he came with me, which meant the world! 

But she scheduled my ultrasound for FIVE WEEKS from now!!!!!!!!  I thought it would be much sooner.... she told me 19 weeks the first time we discussed it.  I am really disappointed.  I've been having uncontrollable nesting impulses, and now I can't paint, wallpaper, decorate or buy crib stuff until I know the sexes.  AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last weekend Nick and I finally got the last of the baby's room furniture moved in.  We had to take the door off to fit the loveseat into the room, but we finally got it through (with a lot of grunting, groaning, and sweating....... mostly from Nick, who didn't want me to injure myself moving furniture, so he took the brunt of the weight!).

The computers have both been moved to the living room, and I like the setup, it's very clean and organized.  They are both at one table now and we just switch out the internet cable when we need it.  However, the cable splitter interferes with our TV signal, so we have to disconnet the internet and plug in the coax cable when we want to watch TV.  Major pain in the ass, but oh well, what else are we to do.  :P

I'll be 16 weeks tomorrow.  And visiting the doctor at 9 AM!!  Nick is coming with me.

Maybe we can get this show on the road and get an ultrasound scheduled.  I am FREAKING OUT wanting to know what sex the babies are!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

It was like someone just said "GO" yesterday, at 14 weeks to the day...... I felt my first fetal movements!  Then last night, more tickling and shifting sensations.

Today, even more so, and finally on the right side as well!  So weird, feels like my insides are crawling!!

But on another happy note, I spent all day yesterday feeling great and I still feel fine today.  Hope it keeps up!!
