WEEK 7 Well, this week, I'm sorry to say has not been very fun on the baby front. I haven't had so much any sickness, but a lot of tummy pains due to hormones and bloating - YUCK! It's really hard for me to find a comfortable position to sleep and the tums aren't helping!
We had a conference with Katharine's teacher at school and she went from a B+ to an A- in reading and spelling. Her math is still great, but the timed drills are something we are still working with! She is a smart girl and a delight to the classroom.
We had 5-7" of SNOW on Saturday! We played out side for an hour at a time. We made snowballs, and Kevin and Katharine made a snowman, she named Mr. Patches.
She still kisses the baby goodbye everymorning before school! Someone asked her on Friday at our MOMS Club meeting if she had any brothers or sisters and she sheepishly and proudly came over to me and put her arms around me and looked up as to ask if we could tell this person the news... so we did! She is such a proud big sister already!
She sung at church today (check out our website for the video, family) and had to use bells and even sign language. She did a great job. Kevin and I helped our sunday school class to serve lunch to the needy today at our church. It went well and we had a ton of help!
We have 2 ultrasounds next week!!!!! I'll update you next sunday! |
