Well i am now 34 and a half weeks along!!  wow!! how time is flying!!  Sorry I dont update this much...still really not sure who all really reads it, and I think the ones that do I talk to often anyway!!  So had my baby shower this weekend! it was soo great!!  yummy food, of couse this is the first thing i mention!  and people were soo generous!! I got most of the stuff on my registry!!  I didnt get as many diapers as i thought i would and only one 0-3 month outfit...so i will have to purchase some clothes for the baby.  i know it is hard for people to find gender neutral clothing.  i did get some clothes that are bigger, so that will be nice to use later.  I also got a lot of blankets, which are soo nice to have!!  This week everything is in the baby's room and all i need to do is wash the bedding so it is on and put it on and put the things on the wall.  I am pretty excited! it looks soo good!!  i love the green and orange together!!  still sounds crazy but it looks awesome! 

went to the doc this week, things are looking good, measuring about on sothat is good. although i have been having cramping lately...so that is either braxton hicks contractions, or real ones that dont do anything...i dont know.  next time i go to th doc i might ask her to check me, since i have been having those pains.  I always though BH contractiosn werent supposed to hurt. 

our remodeling is coming along.  it is almost completely sheetrocked and the rest should be done tonight and then the mudder/taper guy is coming tomorrow to do the rest and that will be great! then it will look like a real kitchen and bathroom once he paints it. 

This weekend we are taking a break from remodeling...brent needs it for sure!!  we are going to jim and lindas lake cabins...and doing nothing! that is the goal anyway...relaxing with the family.  shoudl be fun.  hopefully not TOO hot as i am not sure if my maternity suit will fit and not show some belly.  it might be too hot that i wont care anyway.

so if baby came today i would be almost ready....all i would need is to have brent wash the bassinet sheets and put them on and to pick up some clothes for the baby...not too hard huh? 

Oh and i only have 18 thank yous left to do...which is pretty good considering i had 44 in the first place!  yah for that!! 

okay i am off!!

So I am almost in month number 8!!  wow!!  that is crazy!!  I am all registered now, at Target and my shower is two weeks from Saturday! how exciting!  I am soo excited and hope i dont cry! i just love baby stuff!  and cant believe after all the showers i have ever went to that this stuff is for me!!  Even with my bridal shower i thought wow...this is for me?  really?  i have probably been to 100 plus wedding and baby showers.  CRAZY huh?  that is what happens when you have a large family.

So the baby's room is still not completed.  although brent said come Monday that is his main focus till it is done. so yah for that! i found a cheaper/better changing table, so i got that one, so now i have to return the other one, good thing it isnt put together yet!  otherwise i dont really have anything for the baby's room.  hopefully i get the stuff i need at the shower! 

did I mention i was excited for my shower?

lets see...it has been hot but not too hot in our house, so that helps.  but lately i have been starting to swell a bit more, so i am trying to drink tons of water.  baby is a mover and a shaker that is for sure!!  I am finally popping out for sure now!!  strangers will ask when my baby is due now, where before not many would if any?  i dont think anyone did before recently!

the child birth classes are goign alright.  first night we had 20 couples, next time we had 15 couples and this past monday we had 10 couples...so it is really getting down there!! we get to watch a birth video every time, we try to play games and etc. they try to make it fun, but really when the class goes from 6:30-8:30 i am tired! by the end of it no matter what!

anyway, i should go and do some work!

So now i am in the Third Trimester!!  woo HOO!!  had another doc appointment yesterday.  they did the diabetes test, think it went okay.  I am not sure when i will find out the results.  Hopefully things are good with that.  i can STILL wear some of my regular pants!! woo hoo! course these are the pants that were big before, but whatever!! of course some of my tops i can still wear too.  Otherwise the baby's heartbeat was in the 140s and the baby had the hiccups when i was there too...although i couldnt feel them.  so I go in again in four weeks with my normal doc again, then it is two week appointments after that!!

I got a new niece yesterday too!!  Reggie and Kim had their baby!!  Emma Myra Becker was born at 2:04 p.m. and weighed 8 pounds and 8 ounces and was 23 inches long.  I cant wait to see her!!  This weekend, maybe Saturday i might go and visit.  ahh!  I can bet it will make me excited to have my baby too!  I am excited to see Madalynn with the baby, since she loves baby dolls so much, I bet she is goign to want to help a lot!

the remodeling project is going i guess.  the basement is dug, the footings poured and brent hopes to pour the walls sometime this week.  then we can really start!  already we have most of our stuff in the dining room.  so that is crazy!

also i have a daycare officially!!  the neighbor has room for us! i am soo excited! she is soo wonderful!! and so convenient becuase she is next door.  Now when the kid can walk we will justhav eto make sure that the kid doenst try to walk to our house from daycare.  but that is a ways away. 

I think that is it....the room is still just painted, although we got two of the three doors in and so we need to stain those and we shoudl be good.

so we have a date for the shower. the 28th of june yah! i am soo excited!!  is it bad that i am excited about it already???  all well i am!

brent painted the babys room. so that is done, we just have to put up the woodwork, varnish it and clean the carpets.  then we can move stuff in!  yah yah yah!! 

i am in the third trimester now! wow time is going by soo fast!!
