celebrated my baby's 1st birthday Today we had RaeAnna's 1st birthday party. We had it at my parents house since they have a pool. The people that came to her party were Ron, Laurie, Rob's girlfriend Kim and her daughter Tori, Rob and my parents were there and Darrell, Rae and me and that was all. I couldn't believe that many people showed up. My mom made hamburgers, bratwurst, and she also had strawberries, musk melon, pasta salad, potato salad and chips. RaeAnna ate almost a whole adult plate of food. I couldn't believe it! Then we all went swimming. Rae loves the water! She was kicking and splashing her face and everything. After swimming we had cake. Rae got her own cupcake. She touched the frosting and put it in her mouth then took the whole cupcake and took a huge bite. Within 2 minutes the whole cupcake was gone. Then she had 3-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Boy, was she a mess! After cake and ice cream Rae needed a bath. So I bathed her and then I helped her open her gifts. She got quite a few outfits, pajamas, binkies, sippy cups, and a towel. Then she went swimming some more. After that she went to sleep and slept for 1 1/2 hours. We partied from 2pm-8:30pm. Boy, what a day!

cute little things she does RaeAnna loves the song "Black Horse and a Cherry Tree" by KT Tunstal. She shakes her head "no" and says no, no, no, no. She loves to slide down daddy's legs. Rae can now reach the kitchen table and knock stuff down on the floor. I love when she dances to music it's so cute!

something new for the summer Today my mom took RaeAnna in the pool for the first time. I told her she better get pictures lol. So she did and as always Rae was cute. She loves being in the water!

my sweet lil girl Yesterday, RaeAnna took a shower with me for the first time. She didn't cry or look scared. She actually looked like she was just observing everything. Then today she pinched 2 of her fingers in the little door for the tv stand. So Darrell put a tot lock on it since that's the only one we forgot to lock.
