teeth, doctors visit ,etc
RaeAnna got another tooth on the bottom left a few days ago. Her other bottom tooth should come in soon because her gums are so swollen. When that comes in that will be the last tooth on the bottom until she gets her 2 year molars. At Rae's doctor appointment she weighed 20 pounds and 12 ounces, her height 31 3/4", head circumference 45.2cm. She's average for height and weight is still 10th percentile. She got her first Hepatitis A vaccine and she'll get another one at 2. Her next doctor appointment is going to be in 6 months which will be her 2 year check up. At WIC, she got her iron checked and it was really good. They also gave me a paper to give to the doctor about her lead test. She was below a 2 which is good because at 2 or higher they have to report it. Rae's been really horrible lately. Whining and crying, not eating much but I know that's because she's teething. I think she's also starting the terrible two's. Usually they start them before their 2 so I don't know why they call them terrible two's. Other than that not much is going on.

UGH!!!! She did it!
RaeAnna climbed out of her crib tonight for the first time. She's ok, she didn't even cry. I checked her over for boo boo's but didn't find any. Darrell's took her crib down and put it down stairs, the rocking chair with ottoman and the changing table went down stairs too. The door for her room had to go down stairs because she closed the door and pinched her finger. We got those foam things for the door to prevent her from pinching her fingers but she had her finger between the door and the door frame and the foam thing only prevents her from closing the door all the way. She can still bend her finger but it's bruised. All that's left in her room is her dresser which is flipped around so she can't climb up the dresser using the drawer handles and her mattress is on the floor. We'll have to have my mom drop off my nephew's toddler bed and rails tomorrow since he outgrew it. RaeAnna's dancing around her room and running around and then crying at the gate. The gate lever has to be facing out of her room because she uses that to climb too. So now whenever she's out of her room we have to switch the gate around lol. What a lot of work my little girl is!!!! She's worth it though. We'll just be having some bad nights for awhile until she gets used to her bed and practically all the furniture out of it.

new words and a lot of snow
RaeAnna is saying some new words as of recently. She can says "buh bye mom," "buh bye dad," and "more." She is so cute though when she says buh bye mom or buh bye dad because her voice is high pitch and so clear but kinda quiet but loud enough for you to hear her. Yesterday we got a lot of snow. About 7-8 inches of the lovely white stuff. Darrell and I took RaeAnna out in it for about 10 minutes. It was too cold for any longer than that. But she had a lot of fun. I pulled her around on the sled while Darrell took pictures and video. We also let her try to play in it and the reason why I said try was because the snow was so heavy and thick that she kept falling over lol. She was just amazed with the snow. This was her first big snow storm that she could finally play in.

Some Really Cute Things!!
So RaeAnna's been doing some really cute things lately. She mocks us! When I'm yelling at the dogs to shut up, RaeAnna yells jibberish as if to say shut up to the dogs. She barks like the dogs too. She says woo woo woo for her barking. She even got up into the bay window to bark like the dogs do lol. My mom said Rae can say girl but she says "irl." Unfortunately, Rae won't say it for Darrell or I. She says hi more often now and waves while she's saying hi. She leans in for a kiss. Sometimes she'll put her nose up against your nose and look at you in the eye lol. Rae also has noticed my boobs. I take a bath with her since she's outgrown her bath seat and is too small to be alone in the big tub. Even if I were to hold her up while she's in the big tub alone, it hurts my neck and I'm afraid she'll slip so I just think it's safer to bathe with her. Rae calls her binky a "nonny" for whatever reason. At bedtime she throws all of her blankets and her lovey out of the crib. Rae is a lot more vocal! She speaks jibberish saying deetle deetle dee. It's really cute! She also got her 11th tooth. It's on the bottom next to the front right tooth. I put up the Christmas Tree but I haven't decorated it yet. Rae won't leave it alone. She keeps trying to pull the lights off of it because it's a pre-lit tree. I tell her to be nice to the tree. She knows what nice is because I've told her for months now to be nice to the dogs. So she says "Ni" for nice. Darrell said her heard her humming the other day. I haven't heard her hum yet but I have heard her try to sing along with one of her favorite songs. Well, that's all I can think of right now.
