YAY!!! I am going to be an aunty, I am so excited! I have just received the photos from the first ultrasound, and she/he is so adorable. Naturally being from our family of course it's good looking, you wouldn't expect anything else. Now we are awaiting the news of the sex of the baby so we can go out and start buying cute baby stuff, afterall that's what aunties are for, and I intend to spoil this baby.

As we've now been given the green light to tell people - the circle of excited people has widened (eg. Aunty Aunty Sherie - my workmate!)! Congrats from the Miles family (Tanya & Nita) in Townsville. As Tanya is my best friend, she will become an honorary aunty, and will be very keen to see all the upcoming photos, etc.

The soon-to-be new nanna is very excited. She got off the phone, when first told, and burst into tears! She's already sent a present for the baby, and she's started knitting. She's always said that being a nanna sounds sooo OLD, but now that's it has happened she's over the moon! Beware Jennifer & Anthony, one very spoilt baby coming up (or out, technically!)!

Christine told me the news today!!! I am very excited that Christine is going to be an Aunty. Can I put in a request to have this baby moved to Brisbane? If you need any breastfeedin information please ask me - I am nearly qualified as a councellor with the Australian Breastfeeding Association!!!

We're all so excited about the unexpected news! I'm soooo thrilled to finally be an aunty and it's killing me not to tell anyone! I had a dream that it was a girl, so now I'm planning for PINK. I've started knitting a singlet and hopefully will be finished by March!!!!!
