Trip to the hospital, but were all ok

This morning about 11 am, I wasnt feeling too well and my temp was 101.4. Being a paramedic, i wasn't too worried about this. One of my best friends told me to get a cold cloth for my head and lay down for a bit, so thats what I did. Around 5 pm Liam got home from work and I was still napping. He said that I felt a bit too warm so he took my temp. After doing this he woke me up and said "we are going to the hospital! no if's, and's, or but's". By the time he had gotten home my temp had gone up to 103.4.

The best part about being pregnant is they let you cut the line for ER admits, plus I am an employee so that helps a bit too. The doctors at the hospital gave me some meds to bring down my tempature. About two hours later they discharged me with a temp of 99.3. So we are all good. I have had so many problems with this pregnancy that anytime something isn't quite right we are either on the phone with my doc or in the ER. I will be happy when the baby is born and we dont have that problem anymore. Its not that i dont love going to the hospital just about every week, its just that they may not like me at the hospital every week. LOL.

Biran (Liam's Brother) and his family are moving near by in like 10 days. They currently Live in Glasgow, Scotland. When they came for christmas, Rita (Brian's wife) fell in love with the area. It will be fun having them closer, yet im not sure I want them that close.LOL. On March 27th, Liam's dad will be here. His dad wanted to be here when the baby was born, so he decided to come a few days early so that he could spend some time with me. Vincent and Jessicia come in on March 29th. It is starting to feel like a Europe invasion.

Dr. Green has planed to have me go in on March 31st so that I am in there with enough time to try to relax before the big day. Right now I am super stressed because I dont have the nursery and everything ready. But I will get it done eventually. Jessicia and Rita are gonna help me finish everything and also help me for a bit after the baby comes home. Everyone is so excited. Only 24 Days to go.

25 days to go!

We only have 25 days till our baby is born. Sup? Im Liam and I guess we are color coding this journal, so I will write in red.

These past god knows how many days has been a hard struggle for this little one. We will be happy when he is born and we can see him in person rather than on ultrasound. I dont know about Meg, but I know that will ease my mind a bit. Meg has never been able to carry a baby this long so this baby is really a gift from god. I have never been a father or around babies under 10 months old so this is going to be a learning experiance.

I have learned these past months that I will have to give up some of the really fun things I have always done (bar hopping every night is one of the things). While Meg is in the hospital I will post updates for all to see.

With Meg coming from an old fashion Sicilian family, they have alot of rules and traditions including one that restricts photo taking of a newborn, but I am Brittish not Sicilian so we will just have to wait and see if the photo things stays a tradition. LOL. Well it is like a quarter after 5 and Tabitha has school, so I better wrap it up.

Hope you all enjoy the site. And I will update every once in a while.

First post in my new journal

This is my first post in my new journal. I used to have one on here a while ago, but I ended it for personal reasons. I have looked at alot ov other sites, but had to come back to this one because it is simply the best.

I am 20 almost 21. This is my first sucessful pregnancy. I was actually due on July 9th, but my doctor decided that because my crevix is too weak that my baby needed to be delivered early. So my little angel will be born on April 2nd at 9 am (at this point I will be 26 weeks).

I have a beautiful 2 year old daughter, Tabitha. She was my god-daughter until I adopted her on October 25th, 2005. I also have a hansome significant other, Liam, who is the father of this little angel I am carrying. I am full Sicilian and he is full Brittish, so it is fun to think of how much this baby and Tabitha will pick up from both our cultures.

We have picked a few names for this baby over the last few months but have finalized on Judson Riley Corel-Snelson. He is the surviving twin. About 7 weeks ago I lost the other twin boy I was carrying, so Judson is truely a gift from god.

In February of this year we moved into our new house, and are loving it. We have lots of friends that we consider family, that have helped us so much (their names will be listed at the bottom of this post).

I am going to be one of those women who trys to post at least once a day. Any post that I write will be in this color. Liam as well as my parents will also be posting in this journal as the want, but mostly it will be me.

Well that is all I can think of posting at this time, but i shall post again very soon.

At this time I would like to thank all the family and adopted family who have been there through thick and thin for us:

TJ, Mike, Vincent, Kate, Cameron, Jennifer, Kevin, Pat, Jessicia, Gen, Joe, David, Kashandra, Brian, Rita, Richard, Tammie, and Sarah.
