I am writing this entry to let you know how proud I am of you. You amaze me more and more each day. Mommy broke your bedtime routine back in April 2008, when you became ill with an infection and you have been sleeping with us in our bed ever since. It's been a week since we moved you out of our bed and into your own bed and last night, July 20, 2008, you slept through the night by yourself in your own bedroom.
I heard you woke up twice during the night but you manage to sooth yourself back to sleep. I am so very proud of you. This morning you woke up with a smile and we got ready for the day. Mommy and Daddy had to go to work and you went to play with all your friends at school. You did not need your comfort blankie with you at school and went to go put it in your basket at school as soon as we arrived. I'm so proud of you!!!!
You are the most beautiful boy and I'm so proud to be your Mommy. I miss you so much during the day. You are the light of my life.
Very soon you are going to be a big brother and I'm excited to see how you experience it.

Doctor's visit today - July 16, 2008 I had a very nice doctors visit today! I feel so much bigger and my belly has grown quite a bit, but no weight gain as of last appointment...which was 5 weeks ago. So, I think that is good. :)
We heard our baby s heartbeat! It was quite fast and such a blessing. When I told the doctor I'm concerned about this pregnancy...she took an ultrasound! And there was my little baby. She commented that it is a big strong baby and our little bean was moving so much. I could see the little legs, arms and the mouth opening and closing. It looked like baby was trying to suck its thumb! Awwww... I love my little baby!
We tried to see the sex, but baby was not lying correct. It looks like it might be a girl though, but I REALY can't be sure.
My other Champ...Travis, had a great night last night. I'm so proud of him.

To My Miracle Baby You are truly a gift from God. Daddy just reminded me today that you are our miracle baby. We have tried to conceive you for a year and almost gave up hope. The doctors told us that Mommy does not ovulate and is not capable to carry a pregnancy past the first trimester.
I took clomid for two months with no luck and when we decided to give this whole conceiving journey a break. Well, my baby...we conceived you without any medical help. You came because God already knows you and He knows when it is the right time for you to be conceived. He already chose your name and knows what His purpose is for your life.
I am going to try to take things slower. I find that I stress too much with this pregnancy. I'm concerned how to prepare my sweetheart, Travis, for the arival of his new sibling. I talk to him about it at night, but I'm not sure if he understands. We have a very close bond and I worry that he will have a hard time adjusting.
Well, my little miracle baby...this blog is dedicated to you and your brother. I love the two of you more than anything in this world.
I missed my appointment on Friday. The receptionist wrote July 11 on my card but the appointment was for July 10th. So needless to say...I showed up one day late for my appointment and they were closed. :(
I rescheduled it for Wednesday at 9:45 am. Hopefully I will have more news to update soon.
