First steps!!
Carter Bradley is getting so big (not really) but so active!! He took his first steps on Sunday (7/20/08) and took a few more lastnight. I bet within a week or two he will be walking all over the place!!
Carter can also climb onto the couch and get back down without any help. He can climb all of our stairs (I think we have 14)...he is sooo active. He babbles a lot. I swear he's said mama and dada but it isn't very regular.
We have switched to MILK! No allergies so we are SO happy about that! His formula was so expensive and such a pain in the butt, we are so happy that we are done with that stage. He is almost done using the bottle too. He is down to one or two bottles a day. Otherwise he uses a sippy cup all of the rest of the times.
Still a peanut, I think he weighs 18 pounds.
Dad and I left Carter and Cameron with Rick and Dawn for the entire weekend last weekend and I was a bit nervous since that was the first time away from Carter for so long but he did GREAT! Did not cry one bit. He is so good.
He is still in size 3 diapers and they are still big on him. The only reason we switched to size 3 so many months ago is because the bigger size held more :) But he could definately still be in a size 2.
We got his first pair of walking shoes (sandals) and they are size 2/3, the lady at the shoe store told me that she has never seen a 1 year old with such little feet. The average size for 1 year olds is 5 I guess. funny!! He wears size 6-9 months clothes still, except for jammies, he is in size 12 months. shorts are more like 3-6 months because his waist is so small.
Cam and Carter get along SO well, I am truly blessed. They play together they wrestle, they just love eachother. What a blessing.
