HAPPY SHOWER DEE!! I loved my baby showers. I had one before he was born and two after (which I liked better because people were more focussed on how cute he was and didn't stare at ME) and I felt so so blessed!! I know lots of girls have no one and never get to experience that kind of generosity. Anyways, I hope it's fun and relaxed, and I'll give you your gift in August okay!! I can't believe you're at 30 weeks already, it's flying by hey? Just wait til you're at 38 weeks, the last two feel like 2 months!

I have the same feeling lately. Preparation for labor mode. I keep thinking about labor. I wish I could go to your shower. Where will it be? Sucky that your ankles are swollen! Hope you're feeling better. Sounds like your keeping yourself in such good shape! Well done!

Don't know if you are interested, but I been using pure Vit E oil (and then a butter at night) since Sept on my belly and chest. While I don't know if it helps stretch marks (I don't have any at this point) it really helped with the itching. I started getting really itchy early on so that is why I started using it, but I was told that it was supposed to help stretch marks too so I am hoping that it has. It is cheaper than most tummy butter stuff too:)

We don't have any definitive word on which position they're in yet, although when we had our ultrasound it seemed as though their heads were back down in my pelvis which is good. I'll have to wait until Tuesday to find out from my doctor once the tech passes the information off to her. I find they don't really tell us alot at the ultrasounds unless we specifically ask. I ask some questions, but I tend to leave some of it to be told from our Doctor as I don't like the ultrasound tech...haha.
Glad to hear you start your prenatal class soon too. Once we're both off of work we'll have to chat one day. =) Take care of yourself and the baby...oh, and Jer too...haha.

Hey, great update! It was nice to see how you were doing. Yes, we did have our shower and it was wonderful. You'll have to let me know all about yours once you finally have it. Definitely nice to think that in just a few weeks/months we'll have our little guys to love and hold. I can't wait.
I updated my journal with some news as to what's been going on with us and the updates we've received. I've also included some of the information about gifts we received, doc appts and work etc.
