Okay, first of all, the thought of you running into the kitchen to show Jeremy your water breaking REALLY made me laugh! :) And I'm so glad your nurse stood up for you so that you didn't have to start a pitocin drip. It sounds like the whole thing was strenuous but you and Jeremy both did so well with it all. The details you share in your birth story really give a good picture of the journey up to and through delivery... I am glad you were so coherent through all of it that you could really notice and remember those details, and that you wrote them down while they are still so fresh in your mind. Good for you in mustering the strength and courage to just "give it" in those last and most painful moments! I am just so so happy for you, Dee, that you and Jeremiah are healthy and safe and didn't need any further medical intervention! Good job on all your hard labor, and congratulations on your son!!

Wow! Yes, I agree. Great update! It's so so exciting when you start seeing all the prelabor signs! That's great that you got a little jogging in today! And aren't those harder braxton hicks/contractions something else? Even if they're not the actual thing yet, use them to get used to dealing with them as they start to get stronger and stronger! I'm so excited for you. I've been thinking about you all day wondering if today was the day!

GREAT update D!! Sounds like Labor is so so so close with what is going on "down there". Still praying for labor for you tonight!! I have tried Kissaluvs and didn't LOVe them, Did you get size 0's or size 1's?? I had size 1's and didn't find them to be very absorbant. BUT I've heard that 0's are like the perfect newborn diapers. I didn't cloth diaper a newborn, so I can't help there. Can't wait for the news, and to learn this little guy's name!!
