My pregnancy classes are:
(were) really great! At first I was a little skeptical. They cost $80 and took two evenings and a FULL Saturday. But, in the end, we were much more informed about a whole lot of stuff and I think we're way better prepared. AND, I won a new Avent breast pump! :)

In the classes, I've learned how to:
Use different labor positions, pressure, and breathing. Jer learned how to be a supportive coach. Learned lots about breastfeeding and basic newborn care (which seemed pretty intense cuz they're fragile little creatures!), and other stuff. We also made some new friends, which is pretty sweet.

What I've bought for you so far:
Clothes, crib, changing pad, crib bedding, bottles (which need to be returned due to BPA), cloth diapers, a lamb, and...that's about it so far.

What other people have bought for you:
Daddy bought a rocking chair, your first little knit sweater, and some NY Yankees outfits :) Others have bought you loads of clothes and blankets and special things.

The strangest food craving I've had during this pregnancy is:
Nothing really strange....
Lately, fatty things like almonds, butter, fancy cheeses (smoked gouda!),and peanut butter. Previously, anything spicy/savory; hot wings and bbq. But, despite cravings, I'm eating mostly veggies, lean protein (lots of egg whites and shrimp!), and ultra fibery grains (flax, bran, large flake oatmeal). And...I'm kind of getting back into coffee these days, oops.

At my prenatal visit, I learned:
We'll see on Monday. Hopefully we'll learn that you're growing at the right rate and that my weight is at a good place.
