BIG NEWS DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! On December 18th, 2007, after 10+ indecisive pregnancy test and being three days late we hauled ourselves over to Madigan so i could get blood drawn. I was not exactly willing to trust Steve's creamer test: throw the creamer in the air and if it lands upside down then I am pregnant.... it had a negative result.
It takes 24 agonizing hours for the results to get processed. Blood was officially drawn at 12:15 pm on the 18th. And the clock starts ticking...
I woke up at 8:30 the following morning (the 19th) and decided that I would take my chances and call.... figuring that if they weren't in I would just call closer to noon. I hhonestly did not expect to get my results at that time.....
My heart was beating so fast.... and then the very nice lady on the other end of the phone said in a very southern drawl... "my dear your results are POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!" I flew out of my seat. She had to calm me down to tell me what I had to do next.
Well, of course, I ran to go tell Steve and he so eloquently responded with "Guess the creamer test was wrong." He is so goofy and also very excited.
I proceeded to call everyone I know after that. My mom cried... which is so sweet, everyone else was very excited about the "alien that has invaded my body."

Physical:
Been a little crampy, like I am about to get my period. This creeped me out a bit. I didn't find out I was pregnant with Tori until much further along and I don't remember being crampy. After a google search I am reassured that mild cramping is normal.
Oh and my boobs itch... this is by far a new development.... I remember tenderness but not itchiness. This is extremely annoying at times... like the check out counter at the grocery store.
No craving yet and I think I have at least another week before I get cravings. However, I feel ill when I eat greasy food... so I am totally binging on fresh veggies, hummus and pita. I guess this is not a bad thing... much better than a half of Devil's Food Cake.
