Hi there,

Sounds like you had a wonderful baby shower! Reading about yours made me even more excited for mine! I'm having two as well, one is in 2 weeks and the other in 4. I have to have them early in case I deliver really early. I've already been told the theme of the first is 'think pink' as I found out I'm having a girl too.... I'm so paranoid they will have got it wrong and now I've parted with all my boys clothes and just added to my collection of girls lol

Only 8 weeks to go for you! Wow hey, the countdowns on! :)

Goodluck with the remainder of your pregnancy,

take care,

Charmaine

Hi!  I just wanted to respond to your last post.  Regarding what your doctor said about 1st time moms not feeling the baby till the 22nd week.    I have to strongly disagree since this is my 1st pregnancy (currently 19 weeks) and I started feeling little tiny fluttters in my 13th week and full blown kicks since my 16th week and every day since then.  My husband has even felt the kicks for himself.  So I just didn't want you to doubt what you are feeling, I know it's the baby for sure!  It's exciting isn't it?  Wishing you well!

Congratulations.  I laughed my butt off at your dump truck entry.  That was the best story I've heard in a long time.  Good for you.  LOL.  That taught him a lesson if nothing else.  Or, at least made me feel better that justice was served to Mr. Jerk.

I am currenly at 8 weeks.  I am definitely feeling the whole nausea thing, but I'm looking forward to the 2nd trimester.

Good luck to you and your baby!  I know s/he will be beautiful healthy baby.

I am very happy to hear that your pregnancy is going well...I hope you don't mind if I ask you a question about your miscarriage...My period is about a week late and I thought I was pregnant...I had terrible pains that I thought felt like contractions about 3 or 4 days ago, but no tissue or blood has passed...this could be because I have a tipped uterus and it takes longer to pass things..but I took a pregnancy test today and it came up negative...could I have had a missed abortion? I would greatly appreciate you informing me of any signs and symptoms you may have had if you don't mind reliving it...thank you and congratulations once again!

P.S. could you please e-mail me your response, that would be greatly appreciated...

congrats to you on your pregnancy!!! I know what it is like to worry after miscarriage .I delievered a healthy baby boy almost one year to the day of my miscarriage, and now I am 6 weeks pregnant with my second.Just remember that God would not give you such a strong desire to be a mother if He was not going to honor it!! I will be praying for you.

Hi Laura

Good luck and God Bless on your pregnancy.  We are due about the same time and I have had a miscarriage(s) as well.  I can definitely relate to checking when you wipe after each time I go to the bathroom.  I'm happy as well for nausea, and breast tenderness.  It's going to be a long road but I will be there for you.
