On average, babies weigh 7lbs, 8oz at birth and only 5% of babies are born on their actual due date - the rest come anywhere from two weeks before to two weeks after the due date
The Waiting Game Now that all of the showers are over, we have everything we need (or so we think). My mom came over and helped me organize the nursery and it's looking really good! Once I'm off bedrest I'll need to get some curtains but other than that I think it's finished. This is my 4th week of bedrest and hopefully my last. Friday I will be 36 weeks. I have my doctor's appointment tomorrow and we'll find out then if I can start walking and get labor going. Cross your fingers!

He's Coming! We had another appointment yesterday and I am 1-2 cm dilated! Reality is setting in! :)

Amazingly, still growing It's amazing how my belly is still growing even though I thought I couldn't grow any more. Every day I look in the mirror and wonder how much more he'll grow. When I lay on my side my stomach protrudes out in certain areas and it's like I can see exactly where his little head and legs are. If I can just hold out for 2 1/2 more weeks before we meet the little guy and then I know he'll be healthy. It won't be long!
