The Obgyn Checked my cervix!!! 2-3cm dilated and 70% effaced...at least something is going on!

She manually opened my cervix from 2cm to 3cm. She said sometimes that moves things aong faster. It made me bleed some but so far nothing else is happenning. I hope I go naturally!!!

We scheduled an appointment for induction though, just in case nothing happens. Our induction is scheduled for Feb 25th. I can tell you that I don't want to wait that long, but it doesn't mean she'll come before that.

Anyhow that's it for news! Wish me luck!!!!!!!

Something must be happenning, along with the contractions and back pain I've been having... I went pee and there was blood, not a lot...maybe that was the bloody show that I keep hearing about. Might mean I still have a few days to wait, but at least SOMETHING is happenning. It makes me feel better to think there might be some progress. I still wish my obgyn would have checked me to let me know if my cervix is getting ready or not...

For some reason today my appettite is insane, I'm afraid I might eat everything in the house!!!!!!!

She better come quicker because I'm getting more and more cranky!!!!!!!

All this anticipation is tearing me apart!!!!!!!

2 Days to my due date, and little Raina doesn't seem to be making any effort to come out.

I've tried bribery, gentle poking, words of encouragement, and plain old yelling "GET OUT" hahaha. But she's just not going to budge until she's darn good and ready. Stubborn just like her mommy hehehe.

I'll just have to keep myself occupied in the meantime....Time to start baking!!!!

In other news Chris and I will be celebrating our 2 year anniversary tomorrow, and Chris's Birthday is on friday, it's going to be a busy week with those things and Valentine's Day...and HOPEFULLY the arrival of our baby.... because seriously, who wants to be induced!!??!!??!!
