The first time I felt you kick:
I wasn't sure if it was gas or not, but I was pretty sure that the little taps meant that you were kicking. It was on August 28, 2007. The next time I felt little taps that felt like a baby kicking was on September 07, 2007 and after that I felt you kick every day! :)

The strangest food craving I've had is:
bacon and eggs with sweet and sour sauce and baked potatoes with spaghetti sauce or chili, cheese and sour cream at odd hours of the night.

This month's prenatal visit taught me that:
three lines on the ultrasound means that it is a GIRL!!! Arielle has a four chamber heart, stomach, bladder, kidneys, brain... pretty much all the major organs! She also has tiny fingers and toes, and a pretty face that still doesn't have a lot of meat on it yet so it looks a little bony.

My hopes:
I have a lot of hopes. I hope to be able to breastfeed properly without any problems. I hope to get fun but developmental/educational toys for her, and to be able to teach her well. I hope to get her excited about reading. I hope to find a good daycare when it is necessary. I hope to get pleny of pictures and make a scrapbook for her :).

My fears:
I am afraid I will do/say something wrong. I am afraid of not teaching her correctly and of failing as a mother.
