Buying maternity clothes was:
not something I had to do. I had a friend giving away hers and my mother in law likes to shop so much that she always had maternity clothes for me (as well as baby clothes).

The biggest change in my body has been:
my belly! Oh my gosh, my belly has changed in so many fascinating ways... the dark line down the middle, the stretch marks around the belly button, the belly button flattening out. Wow!

My favorite change in my body has been:
my belly. I love my belly! That's where my little girl is!

What I never thought would change was:
my hair and skin, but they've both changed. My hair is thicker and my skin glows as well as there being dark marks around my abdomen.

At this month's prenatal visit I learned that:
my pelvic area will be sensitive now. I learned more about that when I was feeling a lot of pain in the pelvic region and called to find out why, and I found out that Arielle was just settling lower in my abdomen and pelvic area.

My hopes:
I hope to provide a loving, nurturing environment for my daughter. I hope to finish school and get a good job to provide a good home for her. I hope that all goes well until the end of the pregnancy and through the delivery.

My fears:
I am afraid of giving birth. I am afraid of going into labor and not knowing what to do.
