all day headache
so i've had a headache pretty much all afternoon and still have it. after dropping jayden off at kim's house i came home and had a nap for about an hour or so. i was so tired. i woke up and did some work and then had an early lunch. i'm finding i'm getting so hungry and fast. it just hits and if i don't eat i get a headache. even after i eat i get an empty stomach feeling. it's like right under my rib cage.. it feels weird.
i'm also having to go pee a lot... but i still think that's because i'm drinking more. this morning i woke up again at around 5ish having to go to the washroom.
i told myself i'd go to bed early tonight but it looks like that's not going to happen. last night i went to bed at 10. i was so tired.. i woke up tired too so i guess i need more sleep.
well, i'll be 8 weeks tomorrow. 2 months! i hope everything is going well. |

not much happening
nothing really new happening. today jayden and i went to a birthday party for one of his little friends who turned 2.. while jeremy stayed back to do some gardening. it was all the mothers and their little tots from my baby group. it's amazing how big all the babies have gotten! they're all walking and talking. makes me feel old!
there was a lot of talk about who's having their second babies and whether people were trying etc. i just told people that we're 'taking it easy'.
i really can't wait till 12 weeks so i can shout it :) ...
i noticed my stomache gets really big after i have a meal.. and the past few days i've been getting pretty hungry after about 3 hours or so. today i had left over spaghetti dinner for breakfast, and for lunch we had hamburgers at the birthday party, and then i came home and i was hungry again so i ate the rest of the spaghetti. that was around 3. i ate the whole thing. it was the rest of the spaghetti that fit in our small corningware server thing. yum!
At around 6 i started to get hungry again and rushed jeremy to hurry up and clean up from gardening so we could go eat. we went out for vietnamese. jayden was pretty hungry too cause he ate the entire bowl of noodles and his meatballs. normally feeding him takes a while but tonight he was pretty good and he just kept on wanting to eat. always nice to see.
well. i'm 7 1/2 weeks pregnant.. almost 8 and i think i'm already showing.. either that or i'm just getting really fat! |

OH NO! it's not a secret anymore!
My mother in law just wrote me an email to say she's been reading up on my journal. i was shocked! i didn't realize that anyone knew i was writing in it again! i guess babycrowd sends out an email letting people know. it now leads me to wonder who else knows!!! eek!!
Well, it's out in the open. i would have liked to have told them on better circumstances. i guess things happen for a reason :)
SO, i'm wondering if you have received an email from babycrowd telling you to visit my journal write mel and let me know that you know, so at least i know who you know. :) |

sicky
this morning i'm feeling a little icky. i have a headache and my stomach feels funny. i think it's because i'm hungry but i really don't feel like eating. i think i have to go to the washroom or something :). i know. gross. i'm also really tired and i want to go back to bed. claire is in so i can't really go back to bed and i'm kinda scared to go upstairs cause she's cleaning away.
i really do hope this pregnancy sticks. i was imagining being pregnant and bigger and wearing maternity clothes this summer. last night i kept on staring at my belly sideways in the mirror.
ugh. i have a headache. i'm gonna go get some food or something. |
