What I least expected with this pregnancy was:
That I would show much earlier. So much for all those situps 5 days a week prior! As soon as the baby popped up above my pelvis, my uterus seemed to fall forward all of a sudden and now I have an instant little pouch belly. I still fit into all my regular clothes, but they're getting more uncomfortable every day and it won't be long before I have to hit the maternity store.

The best bit of advice I've received is:
Enjoy every minute. It goes too quickly.

What has changed the most in my life with this pregnancy is:
Audra quit nursing 11 weeks into the pregnancy. It was her choice because of the change in my milk supply and flavor, but after 16 beautiful months, it was a huge change for both of us and incredibly difficult emotionally. Now we do a lot more singing instead. =)

What made me realize that I was really pregnant was:
Hearing the heartbeat at 12 weeks. Music to my ears and food for my soul! Also, we told the rest of family and friends about the pregnancy which made it more real.

This month's ultrasound was:
No plans to have an ultrasound until closer to 20 weeks.

At my prenatal visit this month I discovered that:
My 16 week checkup is scheduled for Friday, March 14th so I'll keep you posted.

My hopes:
That I'm able to squeeze in as much Mommy/Audra special time as possible before the birth and treasure every minute. That the weather warms up soon so I can begin walking outside to help stave off the pounds.

My fears:
That the summer months may be miserable in our house without air conditioning. That Audra will feel gypped of attention.
