Hello sophie, well i can call you that because thats what you are! your Mummy and Daddys Sophie! and we love you very much. ive been thinking about your nursery and what clothes i can buy for you.

i had a little cry earlier, just thinking about how much your great nanny would have loved to have heard the news today. She was a beautiful and sensative nanny to me, and you would have made her so happy! But my Nan had to go to heaven to look after all the angels so you wont get to meet her. But i can tell you about her and i can show you pictures of me when i was small, i know you wont belive that its me! not with thoes big ears! haha

Im going to show you that Mummies are strong indipendant unconditionally loving women who do the best for their family, and put their little ones first before anything else. Your welfare is my priority and has been since the moment i found out you were in my tummy.

We might not be able to give you alot physically, but i can teach you all the wonderful things in the world, all the beautiful people who have done great things for others. The meaning of family love and life.

Nature is amazing too, i just know you will love learning about the trees and the sun and playing in the park and picking up leaves and watching the ponds for fish! i just cant wait to show you the world your coming into and the amazing things that are in it.

Ill teach you about animals and how to care for them, and i will teach you the wonder of reading, you can get lost in books and learn so much.

Most of all i want to show you a family bond, so strong that nothing can break it. What it means to trust someone and have an unbreakable bond, that goes far beyond what you can see.

Hello wriggly worm, today you have been jumping about all over the place, making me feel quite queezy!

 Mummy and Daddy are very excited because tomorow at 4pm we find out if you are a boy or a girl. But most importantly if you are growing as you should be in there! M

ummy has had a terrible pain in her side for the past two days! everyone says its your feet getting under there! you cheeky monkey.

Auntie Fi told me that she pained you a beautiful ceramic rocking horse in lime and yellow for your nursery. i think you will especially like it because Fi painted it for you!

Mummy has started her Noah's Ark cross stitch for you. I have nearly finished the first Giraffe!

I have already been thinking about what books i want to read to you and what programmes i want you to see and learn from. i think im thinking way too far ahead, but i am looking forward to soothing you to sleep by reading you your favorite story!

i love you little bubba, tomorow i can write Prince or Princess. :D  xxxx

ive just read my last entry and i dont think i will be calling you Eliva if your a girl, it soulds a bit too much like saliva! haha

well you well and truly kick now. and i feel you most of the time. Not a day goes by when i dont think of you! every morning when i wake up my hands go straight on my tummy to feel you and say good morning and every evening when i get into bed i lay and feel you!

Today is easter and for once the kids next door wernt banging on the wall so i got to lay in untill 11.30! i got up and got some toast and tea and got back into bed and watched the snow falling outside for about 20 minutes. and i thought of how when your here and we have snow and ill take you out and show you it! and we can make a snowman! :D

only 9 days untill we find out if were team pink or team blue! mummy doesnt care which, as long as you come out fine ;) we will get through it together, although i must admitt im a bit scared at the moment!

daddy bought you some teddy slippers you can snuggle in when you get here! i know your going to love them! Auntie Fiona has been asking about you! Her family is being so good to me, they are going to bring down some bits for you next week, your going to be so spoilt!
