23 weeks This has been a rough past couple of days...
I have been very sick with trips to OB triage for severe abdominal and back pain. It start last Thursday and and first it was bad but 2 days later it got much worse. I couldn't even sleep for a few days...because of the pain. I tried walking around, soaking in warm water...nothing helped. The pain was constant and when I got to the hospital they gave me some narcotic to ease the pain...I was hesitant to take it but they said it was not harmful to the baby and...it worked like a charm...only thing was once it wore off the pain was back and was on full force. By the end of my visit I had about 4 doses of that stuff...
They did ultrasounds to check my appendix and kidney and gallbladder and nothing showed up. They did a Cat Scan and they noticed I had a lot of blockage in my intestines. And I immediately believed that that's what was causing the pain. I have been eating so much wheat grain, cheese and milk lately thats thats probably what caused this...no more of any those for a while :(
And still having the constant pain...it wasn't until 3 days later and 2 Docolex suppositories, 2 Exlaxes, And a cup of prune juice later the pain started to subside and i started to feel a little better. No luck with a successful BM but I'm making a little progress...At least the pain is mostly gone and isn't constant.
The best part out of the the whole hospital experience was we got to see our little baby on u/s and she looked like a real baby....not like the alien she portrayed before, lol. She moves around sooo much. She definitely is running out of room in there.

22 Weeks :)
Today I begin my 22nd week and I'm so excited.
I am 141lbs now! (that's what my home scale is reading) That's a 17 lbs increase from the 124 I was at the start of this! Today I go in for the diabetes screening. I have to fast for four and 1/2 hrs. And the test takes about an hour and a half...
Vincent went home this weekend but should be returning today and I can't wait because I miss him soooo much. And I'm not sure if the baby misses him, too. Her kicks have been more frequent...is she happy or sad lol.
So, I wrote a letter to Tyra Banks because I really want to be America's Next Top Model but I'm only 5'5. So in my letter I asked if she would consider a height change before the show came to an end. I mean...the show is called America's Next Top model...Not America's Next Top Super Model and I feel as long as you've got what it takes to stand out you should be given a fair chance. Besides that, the modeling industry is catering to plus-size models so why shouldn't I be given the chance?
So i hope that goes ...ok. She (they) might not even reply.
Meanwhile...I meet with Ms. Kirkland for the scholarship tomorrow and boy do I have my fingers glued cross. I so want that money....I really need it. I feel like thats my last help as far as getting me back in school....
And a Maternity service is helping me to get a new place so I am hoping that works out well, too.

Today's appt. Well the appt was nice and quick
According to the dr.'s scale I'm at 146lbs...but I can't believe it when my home scale is telling me different (136lbs) Their scale is 10lbs waaay off.
Baby's heartbeat is 143 bpm and I take my Diabetes screening this week.
Well that's the 411. Lateerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

21 weeks! Woo Hoo!!!!!
Today we have our appt to check up on baby, etc. baby is doing really well and everyday i get more excited and even more excited for the Summertime Spring'll be here soon and I just can't wait. All this snow is getting boring But I'm sure we don't have long
