Hey, I havent been in here for a while and just stopped by because I miss you all so much, and had a great read...you should be a writer girl good job. Anyhow I miss the boys sooooo much, I was fortunate enough to be able to spend a month with them, but then had to get back to the real world...home and work, so here I sit missing them!!! Anyhow cant wait to see you all again soon and am glad you are posting stuff all the time so I can stay on top of the progress.
Keep up the good work, you are both great parents and have such beautiful boys. Tell them G-ma (this is what they will call us...so they can differentiate between all the grandparents...I kind of like it) loves and misses them, hugs and kisses.

I'm so glad to hear you're recovering and doign so well. Seriously, you sound so strong and healthy and awesome; what a great example to the pregnancy world ;)
One of these days we'll actually talk kay? We've called a few times but now I'm wondering if it's Jon's cell and not your home phone? Hmm. Need to check that. I wish we lived closer!
Anyways, looking forward to seeing you sometime, it'll be great to share our stories and baby boys. I think i'm still a few weeks away, but hoping for a little earlier than later. I'm in Edmonton this week so he can hold off a bit longer, but after that we're good :)

Welcome Silas and Hayden. It has been one of the highlights of my life to be able to hold these little guys. They are so cute and adorable - and I am not a prejudiced Grandma. They really are exceptionally cute. It's amazing the personality traits that are already shining through. Looking forward to my next "cuddle" time. You're doing a great job, John and Shelbi ! wow twins, that's pretty exciting! especially for your first pregnancy. sounds like you and your fiance will have your hands full - but it also sounds like you are up for the challenge!
this reminded me of a friend of mine - she just had her second baby - premature and c-section just like her first. her first was 2 1/2 lbs when he was born, and her second was 3 1/2. i just went with her to visit her daughter in the hospital a couple days ago - she was so tiny!! after being there i have a small idea of what you're going through - but i still can't imagine how much of a frightening struggle it must be. from what i read though it sounds as if they are doing fine, so much congrats!
I LOVE the names btw - very unique! :)

Sorry to hear about the crazy itching. I heard oatmeal baths do WONDERS for that; warm bath with oatmeal tossed in (not sure how much...) but it really helped some of my girlfriends here.
Crazy that you will have a delivery date soon; that is so huge! Wow, in just over a month you're going to meet your boys! Are you nervous? I hope I deliver a bit early, though I don't think I'll have the benefit of knowign the exact date ahead of time ;)
I'm on leave as of today and it's fantastic! We'll have to catch up soon. Too bad we don't live closer, we could go walking and plan baby stuff and all that.
