The hardest thing for me to give up is:
processed meats. I really enjoy snacking on deli meats for some reason...hah.

This month I told:
more friends/family.

They reacted by:
congratulating us. Some seemed more excited than others. Couldn't tell if it was just that I caught them at the wrong time.

This month at my prenatal visit I learned that:
the concern of Murcury in Salmon isn't really that bad and you can eat fish up to 3-4 times a week if you really want. I also learned that I'm showing more than I should be (around 11 weeks but showing at 15-16)

New pregnancy symptoms I had this month:
cravings for anything cold (obserd, it's December you say?). Freezies, Popsicles, Ice Cream, Slushies.

My hopes:
that I continue to remain healthy and happy through my pregnancy.

My fears:
that something I do could hurt the baby. Sleeping in the wrong position, eating something I shouldn't, falling, crashing.
