Hi Amanda,
i was reading your blog and am going through the exact same thing as you. it's funny how we put ourselves through these things and obsess over it.
i will be 6 weeks tomorrow and have this incredible back ache. i spotted/bled on thursday last week but it was only when i wiped and it was once. ugh!
i've had two previous miscarriages and am hopeful for this one but it's so hard to stay positive.
just wanted to say you're not alone. at least you're getting breast soreness etc. if i had that i think i'd be more positive.
