25 weeks today!! Hello all!!! Today is a pretty good day. Bayleigh is active as usual. I can't believe that we only have about 15 weeks to go!!! We still have not done anything to the nursery. The only good thing is is that this is a new house and we just moved in it in August so there is nothing in the room to be moved out or anything like that so I will just have to devote some time to getting it done...I have found the crib that i want and the changing table but I have not ordered them yet. I am really right on schedule because I had promised myself that I would not focus on the baby until after the holidays...But as of right now, it's full steam ahead!!! She is getting bigger and bigger..she has this thing where she likes to ball up in my tummy and u can see her and feel her from the outside. She also has this new thing now where she likes to move around under my hands when I put my bellyset on and let her listen to Baby Einstein. That's our bonding time every night. I am actually enjoying being pregnant now that she is big enough to make me know that she is in there..Now, my mother has been calling all day today. She has decided that she needs to plan my shower. She is looking to do it on February 23. She has decided to rent this Botanical Gardens place...she is waiting to hear back from them on whether or not the date is open..well...that's it for now!! I've bored u guys enough!!

Not a good day Today started off pretty good and went downhill fast. I was on my way down to the train to go to work and slipped on the icy steps and fell..fell on my backside down two steps. I think i have either bruised my tailbone or broken something because it is not 6 hours later and I am still soooo sore!!!! Bayleigh doesn't seem to mind the fall, she has been as active as ever all day!!!

Rainy day in Georgia It is pouring down raining today!! But thank God it's friday!!! Today has started off pretty good...This morning right after the alarm went off, my husband and I decided to steal an extra 20 minutes of sleep. Partly d/t the rain but mostly d/t the fact that being in the bed felt so good but anyway, i digress. We were lying in bed in the spoon position when all of a sudden, Bayleigh gives this huge kick which shook my whole stomach. My husband had never felt the kicks that I had been feeling now for several weeks so of course he was VERY excited. I knew that the thought of 20 more minutes of sleep had just been kicked out the window. Of course my husband then wants me to turn around in bed and face him so that he can talk to her and push and poke her in hopes that she will give another kick hard enough for him to feel. O f course my daughter is just like her mother and is not very happy with someone intruding in her space and time so of course she gets aggrevated at all the poking and proding and gives daddy several hard kicks. Bayleigh finally bores with kicking her daddy after about 10 minutes but guess what, my 20 minutes of extra sleep are over because I have to now get up and go to work. Needless to say, Daddy gets to turn over and go back to sleep. so I dress and head for the train. By the time I get to work, i am drenched from my feet up to my knees thanks to the rain..Now, i sit at my computer at work. just got the best call, Daddy has been called in to work on his day off so, I am not the only one that will be drenched from the rain>. bayleigh has been kicking now for a couple of hours off and on which has turned into her daily routine over the last couple of weeks. Finally getting big enough to cause a rucus! that's my girl!!! Can't wait to meet her!!

24 weeks today!! I am 24 weeks today!! Bayleigh is so active. Sometimes it amazes me that I can feel this close to her and she is not even here yet. In the mornings, I wake up to her little(well not so little anymore) movements and it has become a part of my morning routine. I have so much left to do for her before she makes her entry into the world. I still have to get the nursery in order(I know...bad mommie!!!). I plan to have the nursery painted and the bedding set picked out by the end of January. I plan to have the nursery completed by the end of February. My due date is coming soon but not soon enough! Can't wait to meet her!!
