Wow! That is scary!! I'm glad everything turned out OK. I've seen on TV where the medicine to stop contractions makes the mom uncomfortable and sick, so if you had a virus too I'm sure you were feeling horrible!! I'm so happy they were able to keep her inside for now! So did the contractions start b/c you were dehydrated? I didn't realize it could cause labor!! I hope this doesn't happen again!

I know how you feel about the swelling thing, and I don't even wait tables!! If I just walk around or stand for a couple of hours straight, I have to prop my big feet up and wait for them to go down. I took off my wedding ring a couple of days ago too b/c my fingers are getting so swollen!

Stacey,
I truly enjoyed your pictures and your journal. You will be an amazing "mom" because God has planned it that way. I want you to know that I am so proud of you and the woman you have grown into. God has blessed me just by knowing you. I look back over the years and see how God has used you in so many ways and in so many lives. You truly deserve the wonderful husband and life that God has given you. I pray that he continues to keep you and Nick close to Him and for the guidance you need to raise this child. I will keep you and your new little family in my prayers and if there is anything else I can do for you please let me know. Randy and I are getting good at "babysitting" with his great niece, so if your ever in the need call us!!

I loved reading your journal entry. Trust me, once that beautiful baby girl arrives, things just fall into place. There will be bumps along the way but you will see, they just fall into place also. Its crazy busy being a working mommy and housewife but I can also promise you this is going to be the most rewarding, beautiful time and savor every moment because it goes by fast. I know you are gonna be such a good mommy (and Nick a great daddy) - just take things a day at a time and take deep breaths....soak it all in...and keep writing - that does help and you will look back at your writings later and think WOW, I was worried about THAT?
