Girl or boy? Now that I've gotten to know you, I think you will be a:
Well we have been told you're a girl! And that better be right otherwise we will have a lot of pink stuff we won't know what to do with.

My favorite names for you are:
Your name will be Alyssa Ruth.

|
| |
The strangest name someone suggested is:
Britley????

The most useful advice I've received is:
after Alyssa is born be sure to still focus on my marriage and myself some and not center everything in my life around her or things will be very unproportioned and we won't be the happy family we want to be.

I can't wait for your birth because:
Well many reasons... first of all I can't wait to see your face and hold you in my arms, I also can't wait to see what life is like with you, and I'm very ready to have my body go back to normal so that I can sleep again and bend in the middle to put on shoes and such, and the back and rib pain will go away! I'm sure there are more reasons, but these are the tops.

At this month's prenatal visit, I learned that:
Alyssa is head down and ready to come out. And I'm now 1 cm dialated! Things are moving a long.

My hopes:
That I have an easy labor and delivery. That I'm not too much more uncomfortable that I am now for the remainder of the pregnancy. That we get closed on the new house and moved in and set up the nusery. And that Alyssa will not come 2 weeks late! or even a week late! Please be on time or early.

My fears:
Well that anything the opposite of the above hopes happens. That the baby would be born with something wrong, or that something would happen to her. Hopefully not though. I'll keep thinking positive!
