Yeah I was productive this morning. Well not really considering I should be working out not on the internet, but anyhoo, i completed my preadmissions form for the hospital, now i just need to fax them a copy of my insurance card and id...woohoo...i have ben quite productive lately...i completed all my to do lists..well except those relating to the upstairs of the house and keana's nursery...ugghh..but i WILL get that accomplished too...maybe this weekend....

oh and my lemon ricotta cookies were a BIG hit...they were all gone by the end of the day...with people coming back for seconds and THIRDS LOL....BUT i still have some at home so thats good...they really are delicious...i will have to make sure i keep that recipe on "speed dial"...hahaha.... okay so let me go begin my productive day...i suppose i can still fit in a small workout....then its off to work.... but YEAH its the WEEKEND WOOHOOO..although i have a feeling it will fly by because of all the things we have going on....but hey i am grateful anyhoo!...plus next week is dr appt week AND i think i am going out to my alma mater to go and recruit for my office...that will be fun because i get to stay at home with mommy ...its always nice to get "paid" to go home hahaha

Ummmm I just made the BEST cookies!!! Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze! They are soooo yummy...I already ate two so I better bag them up to take it to work tomorrow so I wont eat them all by the weekend!!! LOL....anyhoo I got the recipe from Giada on Foodnetwork this past weekend. I couldnt get Keane to eat them though...he hates lemon flavored anything LOL....not even lemonade ....oh well so much for him liking it....i wonder what i could subsitute for the lemon so he can eat it LOL... They are like cake....i love soft cookies...anyhoo it was good so i had to write about it LOL....

Speaking of food I had the craziest cravings for meatballs yesterday....okay so i had it for dinner last night, lunch today AND THEN dinner today...i hope i got that craving out of my system now....i think so.... i think i might not ever want to look at another meatball again LOL.... anyhoo meatballs and lemon cookies were on my "list" today ummmmm...Hahahaha... oooh and look at Keana...she is just a moving...lol i have my laptop somewhat propped on my leg and tummy...well she just shook (more like kicked) it and it almost fell over as I was type LMAO.....that baby is strong....and probably irratated with it sitting on her like this...so let me sign off now.....until the next post....hahaha hopefully the next post will be...I FINALLY found bedding for the nursery....but the way i am going, nothing will ever be "just right"...is it really that hard to find something, feminine, simple and elegant???
