like always, i had a good week....LOL well i thoroughly enjoyed watching the Democratic Convention this week....especially the LAST NIGHT! Obama's speech was wonderful....I think I have talked all four nights to death so I really dont feel like writing about it at the moment...maybe later BUT i would like to say this year no doubt history will be made.....well it already has but man November is going to be a great and very interesting....

anyhoo, so we finally have Keana's crib and dressor changer combo HERE....but its still in boxes LOL..maybe i will actually open it this weekend LMAO....ummm there is so much i want to do this weekend...i just hope i GET SOMETHING DONE!!! yeeeeeaaaaa for the 3 day weekend! WOOHOO!

Okay sooooo i soooooo need to tune in right now to larry king, its hilarious they are really trying to discuss the experience of Palin vs Biden and OF course they are throwing Obama in there....i am still soooo thrown how your biggest complaint about one candidate is that the person doesnt have enough experience BUT then you choose a even less experienced candidate...LOL no wait she has "experience" over what 700,000 people compared to ummmm being a state legislator for 13million...umm senator creating legislation for the entire nation, not to mention 11 years of constitutional law teaching experience, columbia bachelor's degree, harvard law degree...anyhoo this whole political race is great, and it just got more exciting to me!...Keana you will be born in a year of CHANGE!!!! :)

okay so why did i write this long post about my visit today, but then it logged me off and now i gotta try to remember what i said...thats not right...especially since i am sitting down here about to burn up...and i cant find the ceiling fan remote...i am sooo about to strip off my clothes UGGGHHHHH...hold on..okay much better...i was sweating so bad at my doctors appointment today that when i got up the paper was all stuck to me soaking wet LMAO...speaking of doctors office I LOVE THIS NEW OFFICE...its great...the people were friendly and sweet AND the doctor was wonderful...she was very patient, sweet, informative, and professional.  i am very confident that i made the right decision in switching practices...AND its a brand new facility...and as Keane says, I like anew!..LOL...anyhoo the doctor was great, and she loved Keane, he had her cracking up...oh yea WHAT ABOUT i did my glucose test today...i soooo wasnt prepared for that...i was thinking it was going to be at the next appointment UGGH LOL aside from the blood drawing it was fine...the drink wasnt as bad as i thought..it tasted like a melted popsicle...but i did get a brain freeze because i tried to down it fast LOL....hope all goes well with that...my pressure was a little high today...but keane said its because i got worked up about having to decide about taking the test now and getting it out of the way LMAO.. oh and at least i only gained about 3 lbs....usually i am like 5 to 10lbs heavier LOL its only been 2 weeks since my last visit though.... Oh yeah and the doc wants to see me in two weeks which would have been the normal time for the appointment.  She didnt have my medical records on hand which comes as no surprise because the other doctors office is just bootleg LOL...I am good with the new appointment because basically now i will be seeing her every 2 weeks now....she said i was going to start seeing her every 2 weeks starting at 28 weeks but since i saw her today and in 2 more weeks i guess my every 2 weeks appointments have already started LOL...the every week appointmens will start at 36.... WOOHOO more times i get to hear my baby LOL

okay so the doc gave some great suggestions too...she said i should record Keana's heartbeat and then get a time capsule for a keepsake for Keana to have...what a great idea! she said she did it for her daughter...she said that she kept the newspaper for the day she was born, wrote down special things for that day and there was stationary included in the time capsule so she could get loved ones to write her baby a message....her daughter is now 13 and she will be able to open it on her 18th bday!...that will be fun to put together now...i am sooo going to do that...now actually sealing it the day after she is born is going to be the hard part...i am sure i am going to want to put EVERYTHING in there!....i am going to google time capsules on line now so i can see where i can get it.

phew did i mention i am hot damn...oh yeah and i had the weirdest pain in the doct office and when i got out of the car...somewhat what i would imagine a contraction to feel like LOL....but i am sure it was nothing just the trials and tribulations of pregnancy!...so i am so glad today was a good day and we are very happy with my new doctor...oh yeah so what about she also does laser hair removal at her facility WOOHOO i sooo need that....poor keana if she takes after her mommy, she may have long thick hair (which may or may not be good depending on the way you look at it) she will be sooooooooooo hairy LOL...mind you its very fine and thin BUT its still everywhere UGGHHH..i will so be using the laser for my tummy and bikini area!!! WOOHOO...lol

okay so hubby just came downstairs looking at me crazy laying on the couch in my undergarments LMAO...AND he found the remote..it was nudged beside me LMAO i feel soooo good now lol...i have issues!!!! well i guess i will go forth and be productive with my life now!

So why did the Titans have to suck so bad, while i was there...dang, i had lots of fun with hubby BUT I would have preferred to see the Titans actually make a freaking touchdown...DANG...Well the falcons looked pretty good...but STILL that might be the last time i actually get to see the Titans play since they are AFC and Falcons are NFC...dang on it...well maybe my mom can come through with the tickets on her bday...BUT that means we would have to drive to Nashville...and i will be what 36 weeks or so AND the cheapest tickets at this point are $200 a pop...too pricey for her have to buy 3...and too pricey for us to purchas now with miss Keana on her way... :)... oh well...there is always next year..it was sooo cute to see the babies at the game! LOL..i cant wait....i know Keana will be a football fan...daddy will give her no choice...LOL PLUS i am a huge fan now... Can you believe I actually watched the Philly vs NE game this afternoon..LOL..well more like I fell asleep to it...but still...that is soooo not like me to actually just sit and watch a football game other than my team or the Superbowl....LOL....but then again I do like Philly especially after hanging out with the Westbrooks (mom, dad, and auntie..and we did meet both sons....but we kicked it with the "old school playas!!!" LMAO) in Hawaii during the ProBowl this year....WE HAD A BALL...as a matter of fact...Mr. Westbrook came down early on in my preg and hubby went and kicked it with him for a little while...i couldnt bring my pregnant behind to actually get up and go...I knew there would be too much fun and drinking...AND i was in that nausious stage...and jealous of all who could have more fun than me!!!!!! LMAO...anyhoo the other couple we met in HI is on their way here now....So i better go get one of the rooms guest ready now...I cant wait to see Miss Lauryn again...mommy and daddy already said she looks sooo different than she did when we last saw her...which was like what 1 or 2 weeks ago..LOL....

So i better go do a lil prep and cleaning...crap i HATE that I have to start cleaning now..should have done it earlier..i dont know something about saturdays...i just get lazy all day especially if we dont have anything planned...OH YEA and we got a message yesterday saying that our baby furniture arrived!!!!!!! YIPEE but heck we were so lazy today we didnt go pick it up..LMAO...i just dont know where the TIME goes..i mean we talked about going to get it at 11am and now its almost 7:30PM and I am just now being productive LMAo...heck i didnt even make breakfast for us until 1PM ish...LMAO...i tell you there is nooooo way i could be a SAHM...(stay at home mom)...nothing would get accomplished....but then again kids kinda make a way for you to actually get your butt up and do something...if its just to feed, bathe, and entertain them LOL...But seriously...if there are no kids involved...i couldnt do this everyday...LOL...or maybe I am just so burnt out during the week that Saturday is a great day to make up for it...heck i havent been going to bed until 2 am anyway and THEN getting up to go to work...well i suppose its self explanatory now....well here I am procrastinating again...GET OFF THE COMPUTER NATASHA!!!!! LOL.....

Gosh I am sooo tired this morning UGGGHHH...but so happy its the weekend...YEAH...I have fifty million things running through my mind of what i need to do...yet no energy to do one single thing...GO figure...i really need to stop missing my perfect nights rest window to fall asleep....I keep allowing myself to stay up past it until finally i am not tired...or to wired to sleep...then i dont fall asleep until after 2am...AND that does not make for a good nights rest when you gotta go to work the next day....i dont know what it was last night...maybe too many thoughts in my head...maybe it was the fact i was watching the US men play volleyball, who knows .  Anyhoo, I am excited that we are going to go watch the Titans take on the Falcons tonight...How fun...But uhhh why have I been stressing over what i am going to wear!...I dont want to be extra hot and sweaty...which is how i get INDOORS now a days...and I still want to be cute LMAO..i know i am silly but still...Being this big already makes you unattractive so I gotta make up the difference somewhere!

Okay so maybe I will hit up some stores and run some errands during lunch or "after work" today....at least if I get those things out of the way, I won't have to leave the house this weekend....LOL I really really really, need to do some heavy duty cleaning...plus we got company coming over Saturday...AND Keane's got a golf tournament at Chateau Elan on Sunday...I SOOOO WANT TO GO...they are having a festival there too...BUT I WONT BE ABLE TO DRINK...i was like DANG why does it have to be NOW not fair....ugggghhhh...But thats life for ya...i probably need to stay my butt at home anyway and organize our freaking closet! UGGHHH....i swear i am about to just throw ALL my clothes out and start all over....I mean hell when we moved to the house i got rid of like 8 bags of clothes...our entire closet was soooo bare...I dont know what the heck i did in these last two years but i accumulated too much ISH!!!!!!!!!!! FOR REAL!....TIme to let it GO....heck some stuff I havent even worn in AGES.....even before pregnancy....i just held on to it...who knows why...Keane said I am the queen of saving stuff i dont need, use, or want...AND I AGREE...anyhoo...okay miss Keana is kicking the mess out of me right now...i need to give the belly some love and attention...until next time...
