Wednesday - 23 August
Things have been happily chugging along! I have another urinary tract infection and they put me on a hectic course of AB's (rather that than prem labour I suppose!). Other than that things are going really well. Christian is a very active little boy in utero and this scares me a little LOL! It was Lila's birthday on Monday, I can't believe my baby is 3!! She is still the love of my life!
So no news really all's well at this time! |

I'm still so excited about my son! I'm feeling so much more content now, comfortable with the pregnancy. I'm so glad I went to the gynae all my fears are gone now. Christian and I are bonding nicely. He is a very active baby - maybe a little soccer player lol. Am starting to notice his sleeping patterns as well.
I'm so happy :)

So yesterday we found out that:
WE ARE HAVING A BOY!!
Can you tell I'm excited!!! I so wished for a boy! And most important I was right *grins* I knew it was! I feel so much better the doctor was really thorough I told him all my fears and he checked everything. The placenta is looking good, there's enough amniotic fluid he even looked at baby's lips (no cleft palate) everything is just perfect!
So now I can relax for the rest of my pregnancy and prepare for my home birth. I'm so excited to meet my little boy!

Sunday - 6 August
I'm finally getting used to the idea of being pregnant again :) I'm making an effort to bond with the baby, setting aside time every night. I play the baby music (he/she loves Enya). Baby seems to respond well to all the attention. I'm going to try and just relax from now on and put aside all my fears and concentrate on the positive.
