Hey maternity has begun. This week has been full of appointments so have been busy so far, which is good. I am feeling a lot more relaxed not having to think about work. I went to the hospital on Monday to check bump's size, all is well. I knew it would be. Saw the midwife on Wednesday, I have to say I don't have a lot of faith in her but there you go.
The skin around bump feels really tight now, keep putting cream on even during the day to try and relieve it. *N*

Countdown
Let the countdown begin. This week marks the beginning of my last month of pregnancy. By now bump should have fully developed lungs (the better for crying with when she's born).
"Many women start to notice a tingling sensation or numbness in the pelvic region or pain as they walk. This may be caused by the pelvic joints loosening, ready for labour."
I know that feeling? It started happening this week. Like a shooting pain, very strange. Bump moves so much these days, it is constant, even at 3am when I go for a loo break, bump is moving. *N*

Engaged
Like myself, today I found out from the midwife the baby is engaged! A little on the small side so an appointment has been made to go to the hospital next week! Apart from that kicking, breathing and coming along nicely is the little bump!
Not sleeping well, was up three times last night going to the loo. Hey ho only another 4 days at work and then I can kick back and start enjoying the spring days that are upon us.

Hanging Mobile Dazza, India and I made a hanging mobile at the weekend for the baby room! 4 hrs later and ONE is finished. I think I shall just buy some !!!! *N*
