I've started thinking about the nursery:
Since the furniture arrived yesterday (May 7), I can now visualize how I want the room set up. The color of the wood looks great with the newly painted walls.

I've been dreaming about you:
In my dreams, I am holding you up on my shoulder while continuing to rub my cheek next to yours, and I am smiling because I love the way you smell.

I used to love food! Now I avoid:
CHICKEN!!! I still hate any and all ways chicken can be prepared. My favorite foods appear to be strawberries and pizza - not together. I still like to eat my food one item at a time.

I never thought pregnancy would make me:
meaner. Lately, I have been so blunt with some of my coworkers. I had to go back and apologize for some of the things that I had said over the past few days. Even Brandon thought the comments were mean.

I can't wait to:
meet Peanut. I'm getting excited about finding out the sex. More and more poeple are telling me that this is a boy because I am carrying so high.

My prenatal visit this month taught me:
that the weight gain is still some concern especially if I don't want to have a big baby. I have to wait for the results of my glucose/diabetes testing. If I don't hear from them, that's good. If something didn't come back right, then I have to go back for a 3 hour appointment and they will call to give me the results.

My hopes:
that my gestational diabetes testing provides good results so that I don't have to do it again and that I haven't gained too much weight by May 12, so I won't have to hear the "slow down the weight gain" speech again. Didn't work out - May 12, I got the same "weight gain" speech.

My fears:
that the foods, plastic containers, and environmental polutants I have been subjected to aren't doing any harm to Peanut during this pregnancy. It will be bad enough that Peanut has to fend off this mess when he/she is born.
