My waters broke at 930am on Wednesday 25th, I stayed at home for about an hour with contractions about every 5 mins very mild by 10.30am things were getting hard to talk through and much closer. Got to hospital around 11am, 3-4 cms, contractions getting very close and very painful. Started on the gas and had a shot of Pethidine. By 12 I was 8cms and contractions were excrutiating and only a 20 sec break between. 12.30 needed to push and within 7 mins he was here, 3 pushes, no tears or stitches. By far the most painful labour of my 3, I was literally sqirming off the bed in pain. It was all so fast that I was in shock nearly for 24 hours after. He is doing really well, a great feeder!!! my milk just came in today so I have 2 basketballs on my chest that hurt real bad
The other boys love him to bits, Tom gets all giggly when he sees him. Lochie trys to grab him but only out of love.

Well I had my scan on Tuesday and everything looked GREAT he is getting so big now, already 6 lb 1oz, and still with a few weeks to keep growing. May end up being late 7lbs or 8lbs ish.

Feeling like a fat pregnant women and everywhere I go now people ask WHEN ARE YOU DUE? What they are really thinking is HOLY CRAP look how fat that chick is!!!!!

My ribs are so sore at present I just wish that he would move down more and stop causing me so much pain, I couldnt fall asleep last night because my rib cage on my right side was throbing. 

Lochie is so sick at present and he has a big black eye, not totally sure how he did it.  He started screaming at 5 am and I went into him and his nose was bleeding an eye was all bruised.  My guess is that he was cranky because of teeth and disorientated and walked straight into his set of draws.  Anyhow nothing much else to report, I will try and write more frequently since its getting so close now.  only 24 days till my due date.  

Thats right I cant believe I only have one more month to go.  To say I am uncomfortable is an understatement. Finding it hard to sleep, but no real swelling which is a bonus, i think thats because its winter instead of summer.

I have my 36 week scan on monday to check his weight etc.  I am think probably at least 5 1/2 lbs by now.  Lochie was already born at this stage of pregnancy. 

We pretty much have the nursery finished, I have to pack the clothes into his draw but that is about it.  Hospital bags are almost completely packed.

Hard to believe this pregnancy, my Last is almost over, it has gone so quick with my two other boys keeping me so busy.
