It's a girl!
So, i'm halfway done baking this baby. i swear the first 20 weeks flew by! i'm sure the next 20 wont though, since it's soon going to be long, hot summer days. and i'm going to be fat(ter). it's 10 times more fun being pregnant now, since she kicks all the time. and since i got to see her swimming around during the ultrasound. and since i have a name... well first name, which is going to be Avery.
Last month was semi-depressing. I think it was due to all the cold weather and such. But i'm feeling completely positive lately. We just got some baby clothes, which i absolutely adore. I'm looking foreward to my next ultrasound which is I think at the end of April.
This recent ultrasound calmed my nerves big time! I was so worried about all of the things that can go wrong. Especially since i have a double uterus, and my gyn told me that might mean the baby won't have enough room to grow. Well, the dr. at the ultrasound clinic told me that she's perfectly healthy, and about 10 oz. She also said that my uterus is stretching normally to accomodate the baby. And my belly's definately starting to pop out. Which is pretty exciting, especially for my boyfriend. |
