2008-05-03 (24 weeks)

23 Weeks
Well I am have a little bit of news to report since my last entry. We know we are having a boy! His name will be Evan. I have had two ultrasounds in the last month, the first one they told us that I had a big baby and he is healthy and perfect however my cervix is a little on the short side, 2 cm too short. I was told to take it easy and no lifting etc... At the second ultrasound my cervix measured 3.5...so something is innacurate. They are concerned about some funneling at the top however. I was told to come back in two weeks, so I get to see Evan again! I can't wait. I have a pic of him that Lenny put in a frame at his desk, his little hand looks like it is waving at us. We couldn't be happier.

2008-03-07 (16 weeks)

Hello Everyone!

Wow! 15 weeks already!

Lenny and I found out about our baby's arrival at Christmas time and the time has moved along so fast. Everything is going well though. I am feeling much healthier than I did in the first trimester. I had terrible morning sickness up until a couple of weeks ago. My belly is growing and I am hungrier than ever!

Len and I have not picked a name yet, and we do not know if we are having a boy or a girl. We are going to the doctor's office next week and we are going to tell the doc that we want to know the sex of the baby. Hopefully while we are there we will get to hear the hearbeat.

Anyway that's about it for now. I am so glad to have found this place.....
