I was just browsing through journals and read your entry about registering. Totally overwhelming, isn't it? I hear ya an that one! Here's my 2 cents on breastpumps: if you're planning on returning to work full time and exclusively breastfeeding, I would get the $250 pump. I have a Medela Pump in style, a double electric, and it has been worth every penny. It has more than paid itself off!
