Loving Being Pregnant - Belly Pics
I am really starting to love being pregnant.  There are definitely some scary times, and it is hard to sleep, but it is all worth it!  It's nice to finally be able to have a real belly to show for all the work you have been doing for the past eight months and we are about to have two weeks full of baby showers which  is really exciting.  I also love to feel him move inside of me.  He is no longer kicking - I can actually feel body parts pressing against me and moving around.  Finally last night Chris got to feel one those BIG movements!  I have been telling him about them, but every time he would put his hand on my belly little Will would freeze.  He has felts little kicks before, but yesterday he got to feel an arm or a leg move away from his touch - he was pretty impressed, which made me happy.  The beginning of this pregnancy was sooooooooo hard and it's kind of sad that now that I can actually enjoy it - it is almost over!  Time really flies by!  It will be so awesome to see him for the first time though.

Seeing Spots?!
The weirdest thing happened on Friday. I was eating lunch with my coworkers and suddenly there was this silver curvy line that appeared to be on their faces.  Turns out I was seeing some kind of major shadow or something.  It kept getting worse (and growing bigger) for like 30 minutes before I went back to my classroom, drank some water, and shed some layers of clothing.  That seemed to do the trick because it went away within 5 minutes.  I called the doctors just to make sure everything was ok and they told me I had to go to Labor and Delivery to get checked.  I decided to go to my doctors office first and they checked me out and determined that everything is OK so I didn't actually go to labor and delivery - but it was quite a little scare.  That is the second weird eye thing to happen in two weeks.  I hope that I am able to avoid it for the rest of the pregnancy - I am making sure to stay well hydrated and cool from now on!!!!!  I am getting so big now.  I can't believe that I am this far along!  It seems like I just found out I was pregnant and now I am practically due - crazy how time flies!

32 WEEKS

I am finally 32 weeks (or about 8 months!).  It has taken so long, and then again I cannot believe how fast these last weeks are going!

The doctor’s appointment on Monday went pretty good.  It was totally uneventful.  I need to remind myself that uneventful is good, but it was not my normal doctor,  she didn't tell me anything about the tests I had done 2 weeks ago (which I totally forgot to ask about), or anything new about the baby.  My next appointment is in 2 and a half weeks and it is with my regular doctor again so hopefully I will get some good/exciting news.

Baby William has definitely grown.  There is this constant pressure on my ribs now and when he moves around my entire stomach moves with him.  I love it!  It is so fun to watch.  I cannot imagine how there is room for 8 more weeks of growth!  Seriously, if I am starting to get uncomfortable now I cannot imagine how I will feel 2 months from now!  My class is going on a field trip to the Oakland Zoo on May 31st and I am due on June 14th and I have officially decided that I am going to need a sub.  I honestly don't know if I would be able to handle all of that up and down hill walking now, let alone when he is about 3 pounds heavier!!!

Otherwise Chris and I are just hanging out and getting used to the new place.  This is the first weekend that we have no house guests and no outings planned.  It will be nice to just hang out and relax.  I'm not really good at that though, so I bet we end up going somewhere.  I really want to enjoy the last weeks we have as just the two of us before our whole world changes.  On the other hand I cannot wait for our whole world to change  :>  So many emotions!!!!

Weird Weekend
I'm glad that I have a doctors appointment tomorrow because I have been feeling kind of dizzy today.  I threw up everything I ate this morning and then I was standing in church and my legs started tingling and my eyes and head felt really light and were hurting.  I have never passed out before, but I imagine that those might be the types of feelings you get before you pass out.  Also I was walking up the stairs yesterday and suddenly I saw all of these silver shiny dots. It was pretty weird.  I think that I just might be getting sick or something, but it will be good to ask the doctor anyway.  I have been pretty down today - just really emotional and expecting a lot out of Chris who is actually sick.  Otherwise everything is going great.  Will is kicking and moving (and hiccuping) regularly, and my sisters are getting ready for my baby shower! I think that I am just going to go to bed and hope that tomorrow will be a great day!
