Well, I have something to report...strangers are CRAZY!!!

You have to hear this story!

We went to Montana's in Woodstock for dinner on Thursday night...I was craving steak and they make a mean steak!  After dinner, we are just relaxing and I am sitting back a little bit in my chair.  An older woman (probably 60-ish) is staring at me funny...she had a weird look on her face!  She ended up walking over to me and do you know what she did!?

"Oh BABY!!!  Look at the baby!!!"  She proceeded to rub my belly!!!  I was in complete shock, I couldn't believe it!  I wish I could think faster and I would have told her I wasn't pregnant!  LOL!

I really didn't realize people could tell when I was sitting, but I guess I was mistaken! 

She then asked "Are you planning to find out the sex of the baby?"  I told her "No" and she got even more excited!  She was then rubbing my belly again saying "God Bless You, God Bless You!"  She was very nice but still sort of strange to rub a strangers belly in a restaurant...especially when they could mistakingly NOT be pregnant!  LOL!

When she left Brodie made a comment about the nice lady and I told him he wasn't the one being violated!  LOL!

I feel so stupid!

I love being pregnant, I love everything about it!  I just have an issue with the baby brain!?  Why is it that we feel so stupid!?

Here is a breakdown of my last few days:

Tuesday Night:  I tried to pay for my clothes with my Drivers Licence!
                             There was something else, but I can't remember!  LOL!  Isn't that a shocker!?
                            
Wednesday:  I plugged my cell phone into a charger that wasn't plugged into the wall!
                        At work I am sending emails to the wrong people!
                        It never ocurred to me to make a lunch for myself!
                        When I went to buy a lunch, Rochelle asked me to get something for and   I forgot to order what she wanted!
                        I forgot to take Mom's stuff to her when I saw her yesterday
                        I forgot I was making Grilled Cheese and burned Brodie's sandwiches (I just scraped the burned stuff off, he didn't even notice!)

Lets see what today brings!  Wish me luck!

Happy Monday!

Well, I feel like I hit a right of passage or something...Saturday night I was STARVING and at 10:30 Brodie drove me to find some Chinese food!  It was delicious and I finished it all the next day for dinner.  Bro doesn't like Chinese so I ate it all!  It was AMAZING!  I feel very lucky that I am not craving McDonald's cheeseburgers all the time (or anything all the time for that matter!).  My cravings seem to be very instantanious and once I get what I need, I am fine and it will be something completely different the next time!  The problem is convincing Brodie we need something when we do groceries...I will eat it once (ahem...rainbow sherbert...ahem) and then the tub sits in the freezer!  I need to get eating that!  LOL!  At the start, I craved all healthy foods, but not anymore!  Now it is a mixture...I love veggies and some fruits but I love Chinese food and fresh cut fries. 

I only have 1 good pair of pants for work these days so Mom and I are going shopping tomorrow after work to Thyme.  I am super excited!  She found a couple of shirts in the US this weekend for me so I get them tomorrow too...she spoils me :)

Mom took some pictures of my bump for me and I will put them up on the photo album once I get them emailed from her...then you can all see peanut's growth!  S/he is starting grow!  I can't believe tomorrow is 17 weeks!  That is crazy!
