Dear friend, I think you have a wise husband and midwife and I am glad that you are not going to do a whole bunch of research that could stress you and baby with possible things. I am praying for you and babe.

Jamie, just so you know, I googled enlarged fetal Kidney when I first heard and didn't find anything awful. And when paired with great findings with everything else from your last ultrasound I can say that I wouldn't be worried at all. Of course I'm not a doc but I'm so sure that your baby will be healthy and fine!
I also just wanted to mention that at my ultrasound with Alberta they couldn't even find her kidneys and she sure has them now.
With all that said, I'm still praying for you because I know that horrible feeling of dread when faced with the possibility of anything being wrong your your baby.
