Pregnancy Ramblings So I went to my TKB (Turbo Kickbox ) class again today. I think my heart rate got a little too high (highest was around ~170 bpm) so I think this will be my last weekend that I'll go. As much as I love that class, I have to think of the little one's safety first. I think I'll just stick to machines and weights from now on. We also went down to Goore's Baby Furniture down in Sacramento and oh man, that place is pretty cool! I went there to buy the Bella Band (great product by the way) and I had no idea how huge that place was! I think I like it more than Babies R Us. It's a little bit far from us but we're thinking of possibly registering there as well. I felt a little bit out of place since I'm really not that big yet. Most of the women there already had their babies and /or they look like they're about to pop soon. Oh well, it doesn't hurt to look around right? We're probably gonna register at the beginning of the 3rd trimester.

6 month prenatal class So hubby and I went yesterday. There were 4 girls total (including me) and the hubby was the only guy there. I hope he thinks that it wasn't a waste of time but he told me some stuff was informative. The class was good although most of the information she told us, I already know thanks to reading all sorts of pregnancy books. The fun part was her showing us models of how big our baby is in different weeks of pregnancy. It's really amazing how it grows from week to week.
She asked us how we were eating. We had to fill out this sheet and we had to list down what we ate the day before. Well, I ate some bad carbs so my report wasn't so good. Although I did make up for it by eating a huge bowl of salad. Honestly though, I think I'm eating healthier now than before I got pregnant which is a good thing. I know I'm supposed to anyway but most of the foods I crave are healthy. Talk about luck. So anyway, I have about 2.5 weeks before we find out for sure what our baby is. I'm pretty excited. I think even if we find out that it's a boy, it'll be okay with me.

Oh my I think I really need to seriously think about getting some new pants soon. I'm having a much harder time picking clothes to wear in the morning because my pants are getting snugger by the day. Aaack!! I don't want glow worm to get all squished because of my vanity. hahahaha... Today is our 1st 6 months prenatal class. It's supposed to be 90 minutes long. I hope it's not boring.
Last night I was craving salad like crazy!! Well I guess it's better than pickles and ice cream.

Concerned or just being nosy? I guess if you know me in person, I'm not the type to divulge personal information unless I know you pretty well and I'm comfortable sharing things with you. One of my pet peeves lately (besides people asking whether or not I was pregnant yet) is when people ask if we have room for the baby. Now I don't tell people how many bedrooms we have or if we live in an apartment, condo or a house. Why would people care anyway? If I found out an acquaintance or coworker was pregnant, why the hell would I care if they have room for the baby? Is this a normal thing to ask? Let me worry about that. And yes, we DO have room for the baby otherwise we wouldn't even try having one. I'm the type who likes to plan ahead and laugh all you want but yes I'm already thinking of when we're having the 2nd one. That's just the way I am. As much as possible I don't wanna be surprised when it comes to big things like this. Why do you think it took the hubby and I five years to decide to have kids? Anyway, I guess I wanted to let that out in the open. The questions just never stop do they?
