I am now 25 weeks pregnant.

2008-01-02 (6 weeks)

Welcome 2008!

So Jansen was concerned about me being able to stay up until midnight with him so I went home after work and took a nice long nap! Guess who fell asleep? Jansen! I woke him up at 10 till midnight and told him Happy New Year and went to bed. Being off was really nice yesterday with Jansen. It was like having a personal chef. I successfully ate scrambled eggs and toast! On top of the normal bananas and apples. We went for a nice long walk last night with Diablo.

Feeling pretty queasy today but just keep telling myself that it is a very good sign. Thank God for apples! They are the only thing that seems to help.

2007-12-31 (5 weeks)

Happy New Year!!
So the nausea has not subsided whatsoever. The only time I don't feel pukey is when I am sleeping! I did a lot of sleeping over the weekend. I went to bed Saturday night around 10pm and woke up at 6:30 but then slept off and on from 6:30 to noon! Then I made it to the couch for the remainder of the day. I never thought I could sleep that long. So ginger candy, ginger tea and ginger ale are no help. The only things that seem to help are apples and bananas. At least I am not throwing up!

2007-12-28 (5 weeks)

Feeling A LIttle Better Today!
I am not feeling so gross today! Shannon is coming to spend the night and I hope I have enough energy to at least go shopping with her a little. All I did yesterday was sleep and lay on the couch. I did go to Costco and get my protein supplement and calcium pills.

2007-12-27 (5 weeks)

First Dr. Appt
Today was our very first Doctor appointment! It went very well. I need to start taking a calcium supplement twice a day and she said ginger may help wuth the nausea. I am so tired. I also had a glucose test done and should get the results back by Weds. I also got a flu shot and gave them so much blood they should at least give me a gift or something.
