I am now 25 weeks pregnant.

2008-03-14 (16 weeks)

16 weeks 3 days
Yesterday's Dr Appt went very well. Jansen's Mom was able to come with me since she is visiting Alaska. We listened to the Baby's heartbeat and everything sounds good! Jansen and I wathced a great documentary on hospital births and natural at home births that I would thoroughly recommend. It is "The Business of Being Born". We have finished the painting of the nursery and all the furniture is set up. YAY! Next project is moving our bedroom downstairs next to the Baby room. Fun Fun!

2008-03-03 (14 weeks)

Baby's Room
So the baby room is coming along good. We have the first coat of paint down and the trim and closet doors are done. We just need a second coat and paint the door and we can set up the furniture. Jansen has been working hard and I helped a little bit. Don't worry I wore a mask and did not work in the room too long. So I think the morning sickness is back in full force. I thought when it was over it was over.....guess that is another myth for by book.

2008-02-22 (13 weeks)

13 weeks 3 days

So the baby is great and healthy! The Dr called and said that all the early pre-screening test results came back and everything is great! A nice little sigh of relief for Jansen and I. Jansen loves his new job. Tonight Josh and Kasia are bringing over Aj for dinner. I can't wait to see our new little nephew now that his little cheeks are filled in. I have been feeling pretty good. Just tired and a little stressed with the move for work but it should all be complete by the end of next week.

2008-02-15 (12 weeks)

12 weeks 4 days! Happy Valentine's Day!
Our appointment yesterday went very well. We were able to see the baby right away and boy was he/she very active. The baby was moving around so much. We were given three ultrasound pictures and one of them the baby's hand is clearly visible and it looks like the baby is waving to us. The Dr. said that everything looks well and my blood pressure was great 120/80 and my weight is the same so were are going the right direction! We also were able to hear the baby's heartbeat. Jansen said it feels different now that he has seen the baby.
