We are now going into the doctor every week. At our last appointment we discovered I was dilated at a 2 already which really doesn't mean anything because I could go any day or I could make it up to our scheduled c-section. All I care about is that I make it through this week and graduation : s We also had our ultrasound on Thursday and everything is going well. Munchkin is growing just fine and we won't see the baby again until its arrival. We have another doctor appointment on Wednesday, so I will let ya know if anything has changed.  

Your grandma Lori, great grandma Means, and great aunt Terri gave me a wonderful shower. A bunch of our friends and family came and we got spoiled rotten. They played some games by having everyone take measure ribbon to see how big my belly was and some people were nice and some were not [Anita] : p They also had everyone write down their birthday and the one closest to your delivery won a prize. Rita won because her birthday is on May 10th.  We have everything ready except for the the crib. Daddy, Ryleigh, and Kali had fun putting it all together and we all had fun playing with it : )

Well we have had our fair share of doctor's appointments lately and it doesn't look like they are going to stop any time soon. We did go back in for our 3rd ultrasound and the baby has grown since the last time we were in, so that was good to hear. The doctor wants us to go back in at least one more time before munchkin is born, so that is scheduled for April 24th. He also wanted us to go visit the pediatric cardiologist. We went to visit him and he did an ultrasound echo on munchkin's heart. He said the hole does look small which is good because there is a better chance of it closing on its own. He will come to the hospital after munchkin is born to look at the heart and he will have a better idea then of what to expect. We will start going into our doctor every week now. It won't be too much longer until our surprise arrives :  )

We have gone to a few doctors over the last two weeks. Our doctor had us schedule another ultrasound on March 5th because the baby was measuring small and she wanted to make sure everything was alright. At the ultrasound we discovered the baby has a small hole in its heart, but it is something the baby could grow out of after it is born. We were a little concerned about that, but our doctor reassured us she would be keeping a close eye on it and it is something that does usually go away on its own. The ultrasound doctor does want us to go back on April 2nd to have a follow up ultrasound to make sure baby has grown some more since the last time. We also met with the doctor who will be performing our c-section and we have scheduled it for May 11th on Mother's Day. What a wonderful gift : ) Our doctor will also be there to assist in the c-section, so everything worked out well.  We are still seeing our doctor every two weeks and we will have a few more in between with the other doctors as well, so we will keep you posted on how things are going.
