Kenny & I are officially moving into our apartment this Monday *tomorrow* !!!! THANK GODDDDDD .. we have been waiting for this moment since the very first month we were together. It almost feels unreal because we have been waiting for so long, and dealing with so much BULLSH*T with Kenny's younger brother for the last 9 months. IT'S  FINALLY ALL OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am doing a little dance around my room as I pack my things and get ready for the move. There are no words in the english language that can describe the extent of how happy we are. I'm not trying to bad mouth his brother, but this is my blog and I'm just saying the truth about how we feel. This is going to be a HUGE breath of fresh air & we never have to deal with any of his brother's garbage ever again!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, we got our first baby mobile for the crib tonight ... soooo exciting! Our first baby item for our little baby Collotta!!

So I came on here and clicked on the 'pregnancy reflections' link on the left side - and it prompted me to fill out answers for the third month so far! Am I really already starting my 3rd month of being pregnant?! I mean I know I am ... but it feels so crazy. To think that before we know it, there will be a baby here. A little human being is growing inside me and it actually looks like a human now instead of a little blob. I was just thinking of the time frame - we started building our apartment the first week of June, and now it is the first week of November - which has been 5 months (that FLEW by!!). And there's only 5-6 months (most women with Cystic Fibrosis go into labor around their 34th to 36th week) left of being pregnant.

I am going to take pics of my belly soon because I am starting to show. I know it's just from being bloated and the uterus being huge, not the actual size of the baby, but that's the start of it 

 PS - my diabetes is really cooperating now also which is awesome - I finally got this insulin thing down and my sugar readings have been perfect. Sometimes they're on the low side (upper 50's - 60's) but that isn't too often. I'm so happy!!

How your baby's growing:

Your new resident is nearly an inch long - about the size of a grape - and weighs just a fraction of an ounce. She's starting to look more and more human. Her essential body parts are accounted for, though they'll go through plenty of fine-tuning in the coming months. Other changes abound: Your baby's heart finishes dividing into four chambers, and the valves start to form - as do her tiny teeth. The embryonic "tail" is completely gone. Your baby's organs, muscles, and nerves are kicking into gear. The external sex organs are there but won't be distinguishable as male or female for another few weeks. Her eyes are fully formed, but her eyelids are fused shut and won't open until 27 weeks. She has tiny earlobes, and her mouth, nose, and nostrils are more distinct. The placenta is developed enough now to take over most of the critical job of producing hormones. Now that your baby's basic physiology is in place, she's poised for rapid weight gain.

 * So today marks the big 9 weeks - only 3 more weeks to go until the end of my first trimester! I've been feeling alright .. just VERY VERY tired and moody at times. Still pretty nauseous, but not throwing up anymore which is awesome! (knocks on wood..) *

So on Sunday I will be 9 weeks pregnant .. which is the start of the 3rd month .. I know I say this all the time, but I really can't believe HOW FAST time is flying by. I feel like before we know it, the baby will be here! Which I am very happy about .. everytime I think about what's in store for us in the months ahead, I get so excited and this giddy feeling inside.

Things with the apartment are also looking very good - we thought we would be moving in around the end of November, but its looking like it will be in 2 weeks! And with the circumstances going on with Kenny's current living situation (things only keep getting worse, if that's even possible...) lord knows he needs to get the heck out of there ASAP!!!!
