Pregnancy Journal

I had my first real vivid pregnancy dream last night.... I dreamt that I gave birth to a baby in my bedroom..Josh was sleeping and i couldn't wake him up so I did it on my own. I delivered the baby and then right away swaddled it in a blanket and put it in a bassinet in our walk in closet...I made sure not to look at the gender because I wanted Josh and I to find out what we had at the exact same time.  So after I put it in the closet I went to bed until Josh woke up...

When Josh woke up I told him what had happened so he went into the closet and picked up the cutest little baby ever and put it on the bed and then unwrapped the baby and took the diaper off and said....IT'S A BOY! The little boy had a poopy diaper too:) We were both so excited that it was a boy... Then I woke up:)

I had an OB appointment this morning as well as an ultrasound. The ultrasound was first and went VERY well! Our baby is weighing in at 4lbs 5oz!! We got alot of super adorable pictures of the baby. He/she is super chubby already and has the same nose and mouth as Brielle! Well at least from the looks of it on the ultrasound! We even saw the hair on the baby's head! Today's ultrasound made me even more excited to meet this little one!  Baby is still head down and the heart rate was 148.  After the ultrasound I went to my regular OB appointment and that was good. I weighed in at 169 pounds and got to hear the heartbeat again. I go back in two weeks.

Over the Labor Day weekend we went to Kansas to visit family there and that was a great time! The drive there wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Thank god for mom letting us use her car! Much more comfortable than my car would have been. Better gas mileage too! Brielle had so much fun hanging out with her Grandpa Del and Grandma Danita and Great Grandma Carol, Uncle Doug,Aunt Terri & Uncle Donnie and the rest of the family! She LOVED the lake too! Getting all muddy was her favorite part I think! (yes I know...I let her get dirty!)

8 more weeks! I can't wait to meet this little one! From the looks of it on the ultrasound....this baby is SOOOOO CUTE!
