20 WEEKS 1 DAY-MONDAY JUNE 9 2008

DADDY FELT YOU KICK FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!

I have been wondering when this would happen! I have been comparing everything to my first pregnancy and the first time Josh felt a kick was at 18 weeks 5 days!! I was getting worried! I know every pregnancy is different though and am just so happy Josh finally was able to feel his little baby kick! We were watching CSI and I was laying on my back because that is when the baby kicks the most and I had Josh put his hand on my tummy just to see if he'd feel the baby:) Josh said " HE kicked!!" He's thinking he's having a little boy this time around:) Guess we'll see in 4 months!

Tonight is our ultrasound-I'll be updating more this evening:)

2008-06-02 (18 weeks)

19 Weeks 1 day June 2nd 2008

19 Weeks and 28 years old! My birthday was Saturday and it was a great day! Not too cold or too hot- Perfect! I had a GREAT time with my family and close Friends! They all spoiled me! Brielle even told me Happy Birthday! It was adorable!

We asked my dad if he wanted us to find out the sex of the baby next week before he goes in for his liver transplant surgery but he wants to be surprised so we won't be finding out the gender of this baby:) I was hoping he wanted us to! I'm getting antsy to find out too but I can wait:)

This baby is already SO different than my first!!! By this time with my first I could already feel her kicks SUPER hard as could Josh! The kicks are still so weak! Today I drank some pop just to see if he/she would maybe get a little bit more hyper and kick harder! It worked for like 5 minutes! I just want to feel the kicks! grr! There is one similairity though between both...I think this one has the hiccups all of the time like my little girl did!

My belly is getting super big! I actually look pregnant now! I'm happy about that! I wore a bikini outside last weekend and I got fried!! I was only outside for 2 hours too!

We have a busy week this week too so I'm happy about that. We will be working hard on getting the house ready for Brielle's 2nd birthday party!!! 20 WEEKS HERE WE COME! I'm so excited to be hitting such a great milestone!! I'm still praying that everything is alright with this baby and my sub chorionic tear.

2008-05-27 (18 weeks)

18 Weeks 2 days- May 27th 2008 OB appt.
I had my OB Appointment with Dr. Roberts this morning and all is going right on schedule!! I have gained 8 pounds so far! OH MY GOSH! I better slow it down! Although I am still fitting into my regular jeans still so I'm assuming it's all weight gain in the belly and chest area:) The heart rate was 148-150's. Still pretty low compared to my first pregnancy! I never had any feelings as to what I was having with my first pregnancy but I really think that this time around I am having a boy-Not just because of the lower heart rate I really feel like there is a boy in there! We will be happy with whatever we get of course:) Our Dr. told me today that she thinks this baby will be very calm and laid back. Wouldn't that be great if that was true?!?! I go back in on June 10th for our 20 week ultrasound and then again a week later for another OB appointment! June is going to be one crazy month!!!

2008-05-26 (17 weeks)

Memorial Day! May 26th 2008 - 18 weeks and 1 day
Memorial Day Weekend was a great time spent with family and friends and no worries! I am still feeling this little one move around but definitely not as much as I did with my first pregnancy. It kinda worries me but I know every pregnancy is different so I'll just keep going one day at a time. When I do feel the baby move it's very very low. The kicks are either right above my pubic bone or on my left or right side. I'm guessing and hoping they will become much stronger within the next couple of weeks. I have my next OB appointment tomorrow so I will update more on the progress of our Miracle #2 :)
