craving? i just got this weird craving for cake batter. i'm blaming my lime water...it's leaving an aftertaste.
last night we were in the states with JJ, Tan, and Eth.... we went to the mall, then meijer, and then i was super hungry cuz i only ate like half a supper at the food court, and DH mentioned pancakes (he thought he saw a Golden Griddle), so DH & I hit Denny's at 9pm!

scary night last night was the worst night ever.
i woke at about 12:30am with the most horrible horrible cramps. i went downstairs to the washroom and sat on the toilet and barfed in the tub at the same time. (this is going to be graphic - - - there was a huge chunk in there too...it was like wet styrofoamy cement and it wouldn't go down the drain. what was that?!?!) it was SO AWFUL. i thought i felt a bit better afterwards so i went back up to bed and as soon as i laid down, the cramps started again...mostly in my legs. it hurt so bad. i ended up going downstairs, and was on the can again. went back upstairs...felt a little better, but then the cramps came back. got up again and barfed some more.
i still don't feel all that great. i wonder if it was the italian sausage i had with kraft dinner last night (although i had italian sausage last week and i was fine). DH had more of the sausage than i did, but maybe it just didn't agree with me.
before DH went to work (i called in sick), he told me i stink. So i'm going to go shower :o it's not like i got anything on me! it's like its emminating from my pores or something.
gross. i was soooo scared though. i was praying that i wasn't going to lose the baby. and praying that i didn't see any blood, and that the baby is fine. i really hope the baby is fine.... i drank some water afterwards and finally fell back asleep.
on an AWESOME note - my friend Nat phone me last night to tell me she's pregnant again!!!!! YAYYYYYYY!!! i'm SO HAPPY FOR HER & HER DH :) i hope this little one thrives this time. i have a good feeling he/she will.

1st OB-GYN Appointment booked got a call from my doctor's office. my first appointment with Dr. R is booked for July 17 at 10:15am. Yayyyy!!! and it's not far from where i live either so that's cool. i'm making DH come with me this time...just in case there's stuff for him to know too :)
what? i've never done this before :)

baby moving UP! so at my last prenatal, my doctor mentioned the baby will begin to move up shortly...i think he said around 16 weeks the baby will either be midway OR up to my belly button... can't remember exactly... but i did notice my belly button popping even more...it's so going to be a total outtie!
also, saturday i had my first migraine. grr. it started out as a headache...all day. we went to the states and also saw the Ellis crib - in cherry, at Target. and it's a way better price. unfortunately they didn't have the combo unit (dresser) anymore or else we definitely would have been tempted to buy it! and plus, i've warmed up to the black stain.
i'm eating blueberries and peaches right now... yesterday at lunch i had a salad. today i also brought a pear to work. i'm slowly warming up to healthy things again. hopefully soon, i won't have to be grossed out by normal food anymore.
last thursday, DH bought me a new pregnancy belly button ring (from a way better place!). i put it in that night. it went in good, but it looks hilarious. it's pretty long, and the beads look kind of like eyeballs and the silicone is bent like a banana bar already so if i stand sideways, it looks like there's a slug's antennae & eyeballs coming out of my belly. kinda funny :) but it feels SOOOO much better. i love it. no more pain. even the redness is much better.
note: also at my last prenatal, when i was leaving and booking my next visit, the nurse said "i forgot to tell the doctor your urine sample was negative." i just said "negative?" to see if she was talking to me, but she took off. i really don't know if she meant me. i would assume so... who else is "you" for "your urine sample"? maybe they can run a test right then and there? oh well. no news otherwise is good news.
