The strangest name someone suggested is:
no one's really suggested...we've had names picked out for a while. before we got pregs, my mom said she liked "shay" and my dad liked boyish names like "billi" for girls

The most useful advice I've received is:
the labour pain is only temporary - something i will definitely keep in mind!
eat healthy...take vitamins...get sleep...

At this month's prenatal visit, I learned that:
that pains i started getting on the saturday and today are probably round ligament pains.
weight: 126 lbs...total 32 lbs.
blood pressure: good, yay!
urine: good
uterus measures: 33cm
baby's heart beat: 160ish bpms
doc guessed that Syd weighs in the "mid 6's"
i'm glad my group b strep test is done too!
and the week after... (Oct 14 prenatal...)
weight: 126 (same)
blood pressure: good (114 over 128???)
urine: good
uterus: 33 cm (same)
baby's heart rate: 156 bpm
Doc said this time that she's guessing Syd weighs in the LATE 6's!

weight: 127 lbs
blood pressure: a little high 130/90 and then 130/80
urine: good
uterus: 34 cm
baby's heart rate: 158 bpm
CERVIX: closed, but her head could be felt (her head is low :)

weight: 126 lbs
blood pressure was good (138/82 or something...)
urine: good
uterus: 33cm
baby's heart rate: 160 bpm
CERIVX: still closed
also found out my group B strep test is negative! :)
