My 6 yr old has been caught 3 times trying to choke himself with a Tie,shoe string, and a piece of a towel. He is a very happy child, so im confused as to were this is coming from. His mother who is remarried has recently had another child along with a step son who is mildly autistic. But when i ask my son about these situations with the new siblings, he seems to be ok with it. Im not sure if im in the right place but any assistance would be greatly appreciated. ↓
